As Rahm said, “Never waste a good crisis”.
Just remember to look to God when you get worried. We’re all feeling edgy, for sure...

Pathetic. FOX has some business show on. CNN is covering the MLK assassination and Headline News is airing Showbiz Tonight.
Way to go, mainstream media. Where would we be without you?
Oh, yeah. Right where we are. On the HOV lane to Hell.

Did Obama tell our forces to stand down or what? Gates flat out said that we would not shoot it down. He was on Chris wallace's show last week and said if it was aimed at Hawaii we might consider shooting it down. Might consider.

Reuters: U.S. says North Korea launch is a provocative act, will prompt U.S. to take appropriate steps What steps? We should have shot it down. Obama will simply file a complaint with the U.N.

Not confirmed yet as of this time 12*17 p.m. Sunday local (satellite, or ICBM or empty).
Sorry I went immediately to antoher FR thread and have been posting there continuously w/ live translated reports from Japan TV, from about 5 minutes after start of live Japanese TV of the launch. Did not see this thread up. This seems to be the main live thread, correct?

Who had even heard of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand?
[chuckle] In the grand scheme of things, Franz Ferdinand was a clay pigeon.
Kim Jong Il is just a small pile of pigeon droppings.
Believe this, World War III is NOT going to start over this missile launch.

Me too. Wonder if there is any way to get GW back. What an unconscienable lack of response from the U.S.

Geraldo’s hasn’t recovered from the chair hitting his head 20 years ago. He wants to minimize the real problem that North Korea is becoming. It’s a rogue nation lead by a crazy nut, whose people are starving while he builds rockets and nukes. By calling this a diss of Obama, now all Obama needs to do rather than deal with the real issue is to say that N. Korea is just acting like this because Bush called him part of the axis of evil. Let’s just give N Korea some stimulus $$ and they’ll learn to like us. Exactly what Clintoon did.

Screw the US news media.
I would give up on them and shut off the TV there stateside and just hang with us here on FR tonight.
No wonder we had Pearl Harbor and 9-11. They can never see anything in advance with vision and insight and intution, nor can they report real time, and with facts and in depth. Because they are empty suits and only read what is shoved in front of them.
