Every person should call their Congressman and ask the read them the riot act if they vote for it. Put your represenatives phone numbers in your cell phone and call.

When are our pathetic “representatives” going to go after George Soros, who has made over a BILLION dollars bringing down the dollar and wiping out trillions of dollars of American wealth in the past year, just as he did the British pound earlier in his checkered past.
Yesterday, he was bragging about how much money he made in his hedge fund by manipulating our currency...but BO, the Democrats, and these despicable Republicans are silent as this malignant international pariah loots our economy. Instead, they terrorize the AIG small fish who got legal bonuses. Shame on our government.

Congress failed when they didn't set the rules for companies accepting taxpayer money.

To do what they did after the fact to deflect blame is downright disgusting.

The country cannot survive the shallow childish “leadership” that is currently in charge. If the adults don't step in soon we headed for a very dark future.

There are many, many dozens of better reasons to get exercized over than the tax on the egregious AIG bonuses.

Speaking personally I wouldn’t lose one wink of sleep if the AIG bonuses were taxed at 120% and their recipients clapped in irons and thrown in the Stockade along with Madoff.

Yes, it is a punitive tax, yes it is overly selective, and no it is not a nice thing to do — in fact it is bad tax policy. Do I care? Not one whit. In the grand scale of the Antichrist’s first 100 days in office, this one is a minor outrage — an inconveniece that affects only a few greedy and incompetent executives. Cry me a river: my heart is hardened and I am unmoved by calls for sympathy.

It is a side-show and a smokescreen: there are larger, more evil games afoot, andthis is designed to take our eyes off the ball. Don’t fall for it!

I now refer to myself as an “Independent Conservative” rather than a Republican.

Welcome to the club. There are a lot of us out here. Have been for many years.

There was a major discussion among the Republican leaders over this vote.

If it went strait down party lines the Democrats could use it as ammo to focus all that hatred people were feeling strait back at our side. By having some of their people support this it stripped the Dems of a huge issue to use against us next year in the midterms.

Can you imagine what the MSM would be screaming at the top of their lungs if we hadn’t had some of our side support this?

It was going to pass anyway, might as well not let them make huge political hay from it as well.

This is nothing more than a deliberate smoke screen to shield and redirect attention from the 3.6 billion dollar taxpayers financing of the subversive organization ACORN.

A.I.G. is obama’s Reichstag Fire. The ones who received the “bomuses” were obama supporters and contributers. In fact, the “bonuses” The “bonuses” were mandated in the “stimilus”[sp?] law. The Democrats knew the name and the exact figure down to the penny of each individual who receives a “bonus”. I presonally believe that they were to be channeled back to the Democrat Party.

obama, the Democrat Party, and the main stream media has played the American public like a band on this issue, or non issue which it actually is.

The real obama is about to emerge. He has got the program for his private, personal army enacted and authorized by what passes for Congress. The Republicans who voted for the passage of these programs were orgasming with glee as they voted for it.

Sometimes in the not far off future a happening based on the Chinese Communists Cultural Revolution will ocur. In fact it has alreday happened with ACORN’s “visit” to the homes of the AIG Executives. The “Red Guards” will be members of obama’s personal army.

We will see if, by the end of the year these white pimple faced punks that were orgamising on television screaming “obama!” are still grinning like a opossum eating shit.

I have a feeling that that grin will be replaced with tears.

M<y Idea was to force each and every member of the House to read the Constyitution out loud, in front of the full House, on CSPAN, starting with the one who shows so often her complete ignorance of it’s content. the Very Dishonorable Nancy Pelosi.

That way they can’t plead ignorance the nexrt time they abrogate their duty, and act as if their seats give them dictatorial powers.
