I don't think he has recovered, but he's not punch drunk. He seems like he is either on drugs...or missing drugs. I think this is the real Obama. Without his staffers backing him up, without taking something to get him high, without the adoration of people waving Obama signs and chanting, this guy is being exposed for what he really is. Those who have said that he is a genius and so intelligent are wrong. He is simply a proficient narcissist, able to act a part for a while but totally unable to be focused for long on anything but himself.
As to this new idea about no deductions for people holding mortgages, that is insane and the middle class will see it. Obama has been spouting a new stupid plan every day. Kinda like he is just throwing something at the wall to see what sticks. He has no real plan...just a bunch of loosely conceived ideas, hoping one will work.
