SUBJECT: CRIMINAL ALLEGATIONS REGARDING THE COMMISSION OF TREASON
I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.
Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors—command racketeers—are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America’s constitutional government.
Free from constitutional restraint, and following your criminal example, military commanders deployed U.S. Army active duty combat troops into the small civilian community of Samson, Alabama last week in a demonstration of their newly received despotic, domestic police power.
We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.
Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy.
My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.
Obedient to the Constitution in submission of this criminal accusation I remain steadfast, and

I must say, your friend has guts. Hope his home doesn’t become the next Ruby Ridge.
They aren’t going to be able to follow up on every patriot.
Where exactly is the threat? He pretty much just called Obama a criminal but didn’t threaten him directly in any way. How many liberals said much worse about President Bush?

Wonder if they did that kind of crap to the moonbats who hung Sara Palin in efffigy during the election as a Halloween “decoration.”
It’s a shame he wasn’t arrested. He could have declared the truth is a defense and said it is up to the prosecution to prove Obama is not foreign born.

I’m having trouble finding a threat in this post. Didn’t Kucinich say the same stuff about Bush? I wonder if he was ever visited by the SS?
I recently posted on this forum, something to the effect of "somebody needs to get that guy in the crosshairs and soon" and i found out later it recieved scrutiny and attention from an enemy lurker
well the intent was metaphorical allegory, in the context, the "crosshairs" I was referring to was at a target of legal challenge to obama.
I keep expecting that knock on the door any day now. I guess hanging Sarah palin in effigy or calling Bush a war criminal is no biggie though
I remember reading something anout the Samson incident, and remember thinking at the time, that it sure did sound like a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act...Anyone know more about this incident?

Not a very well written complaint, but how they get a threat out of that I don’t know.
Probably a good idea to check on Walt and make sure he is still on his meds......or if he is on meds he shouldn’t be!
