More Functional Non-Coding DNA Found

March 12, 2009 — Another finding undermines the concept of “junk DNA.” A team of scientists in Massachusetts found over a thousand functional RNA transcripts from intergenic sequences. These RNA transcripts, coming not from genes but from regions earlier thought to be non-functional, take part in diverse functions from stem cell pluripotency to HOX gene developmental processes to cell proliferation...

Then where did the sulfa drug resistance genes go when you claimed they “disappeared”?

He claimed no such thing. This is what he stated.

This was well demonstrated by the the dissappearance of resistance to sulfa drugs over the last 40 years.

And turning off the ability makes the ability "disappear" which does not necessarily mean "cease to exist."

Either get some help or up your meds buddy, you're bordering on dangerous.

Hatred?

I just want science taught in science class and religion taught in religion classes.

The beauty of God’s character revealed in everything that scientists study in the universe.

Evolution is not science, it is idolatry, pure and simple: the worship of the Earth.

Some passages in ancient greek say totally different things than the King James version . Which one is right?

Hmmm. I really doubt it, so I would have to ask you to give an example. I find it hard to believe that the learned scholars of King James time would misinterpret something. Especially with a charge such as this."That a translation be made of the whole Bible, as consonant as can be to the original Hebrew and Greek; and this to be set out and printed, without any marginal notes, and only to be used in all churches of England in time of divine service."

That being said, I'm not sure what we mean by behemoth and leviathan.

It is about you, since you are the one that attempts to disrupt the thread by clogging it with your childish pretense of quandry.

Get a life!

I wouldn’t say that the KJV was absolute perfection, but I would say that the errors that were made by glossing over the many idioms of the Hebrew culture were not of relevance at the time of translation.

Now we have scholars that have done detailed work on expanding those idioms, and providing supplemental translations, so the problem is solved anyway.

Welcome to unscientific Absurdistan.

ANY time ANYONE chooses to offer up EVIDENCE to disprove ANY scientific theorem.....they are free to do so, but it MUST be done according to the Method.
That means your religion and book stays outside the “science” room.

Darwin postulated what he did in a scientific manner...madly flailing outside the room with a book does NOTHING.

Excellent description of Darwinian Evolution!

“ANY time ANYONE chooses to offer up EVIDENCE to disprove ANY scientific theorem.....they are free to do so, but it MUST be done according to the Method.” [excerpt]
The 'Method' in question being, Methodological Naturalism. (which, by the way, is its own religious dogma)

“That means your religion and book stays outside the “science” room.” [excerpt]
But not your's?

“Darwin postulated what he did in a scientific manner...madly flailing outside the room with a book does NOTHING.” [excerpt]
Well, what about the Evo's and their book?

Quite typically, you’ve said nothing and will continue to say nothing.

Yes, your religious book saying nothing more than “God did it” does not belong in ANY logic /science based classroom....and yes, ANY scientific theory does until it is overturned...even the crazy stuff theoretical physicists come up with.....................using SCIENCE.....not the tu quoque fallacies you MUST resort to for lack of better non-argument .

...but keep up the amusement.
