Well....one must start somewhere. Good job!! I have always had a thing about teaching.....you have to give all the steps, including, “Enter”. If one hasn’t used a computer before, “Enter” is a very important key. I remember teaching my Mom the basics. One of her first questions was, “How did you get there?”. I knew to hit “Enter” to finish, but how was she to know if no one told her.

Too true. What’s interesting is how much she uses the computer at work. The schedulers have two programs, one for scheduling and one for admitting, and they don’t talk with each other. So she has to enter patients twice. And does a darned good job of it.

But use Word? Or Outlook? Not easy at all!
