How does anybody else see the irony in this happening the same week the Queen knighted the IRA's closest friend in the US Senate. Meanwhile, our Secretary of State is married to the former President who most actively sided with the IRA, and her former Senate seat will be aggressively sought by the the most openly pro-IRA member of the Republican Party (Peter King). All of this, just in time for St. Patrick's Day.

The IRA disarmed and renounced violence in 2005, but splinter groups using a wide range of labels have tried to continue the campaign.
Which tells me the perps do not represent the IRA ... although it will take the blame.

I have a different take.

It’s about time people in the UK do what ever it takes to escape the prison of socialism they find themselves in.

They in fact need to remove their socialist masters by what wvwr means they can.

The IRA killed nearly 1,800 people from 1970 to 1997 in a failed effort to force Northern Ireland out of the United Kingdom and into the Republic of Ireland.

That is only part of the IRS's struggle. Their primary goal is to impose a socialist/marxist state along the lines of Cuba.

If the Irish would convert to the raghead doctrine of Moehammedism the Brits would put their tails between their legs and go home.

This can’t be happening. Didn’t we just hear the news that the fat senator (name escapes me) who killed his pregnant girlfriend and covered it up with his Washington connections will get honorary British knighthood (”Sir”) for getting peace in NI.

While all of you are condemning the IRA, and they are a terrorist group, you might want to pay attention to the headline. “Gun Ambush?”. Yep, those nasty guns set up an ambush and shot several Brits, it wasn’t the IRA but the guns fault! This is just an example of the brain washing that will go on during the One’s period of reign.

The IRA has been up to a string of bank robberies of late as well.

Looks like the troubles are back.

Is this how it’s going to be Gerry Adams? Your Sinn Fain pals no longer benefiting from the good Irish economy so the IRA goons go out and stir up some trouble for the extortion money?

It would be indeed be a dark day in history if this became commonplace in the US.

But would America in majority agree with its so called “freedom fighters” ?

This kind of stuff happens when the economy tanks. Look at Mexico. What will our people do when they don’t have jobs and still have to feed their families?

This is carved in stone over one of the entrances to the DOJ in DC.

“Repression breeds violence”

Over another door it reads,

“Where justice ends, tyranny begins”

The question to ask yourself is do any of these sayings apply to conservatives right now in America?

And if so, what are we to do about it?

So now the greatest threat to N. Ireland are “Pizza Delivery Men”?

Well, we’re goint to Ireland next month, and my wife didn’t want to go to Northern Ireland saying there was too much violence. I scoffed at her objections saying the violence there was a thing of the past. Now who has egg on his face?

Suspected IRA dissidents opened fire on British troops and pizza delivery men outside a Northern Ireland army base, killing two soldiers and wounding four other people. Police said Sunday the attackers fired on their victims again as they lay wounded on the ground. Saturday night's attack at the entrance to Massereene army barracks in Antrim, west of Belfast, was the first killing of British troops in Northern Ireland since 1997. Its callousness, in targeting soldiers and civilians alike, appeared calculated to inflame community tensions and undermine Northern Ireland's Catholic-Protestant administration... British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said... "I assure you that we will bring these murderers to justice. No murderer will be able to derail a peace process that has the support of the people of Northern Ireland."

Wonder what the “peace maker” and phony “Irishman” George Mitchell will have to say about this.
