As a long-time resident of the South Side of Chicago, I can share an interesting tidbit here.

Most ghetto blacks do not have bank accounts, because they are taught by their leaders to "not trust banks".

They cash their paychecks at the Currency Exchange, buy money orders to pay their bills, and they keep their cash - guess where?
