Oh, that he was only as narcissistic as those two. Jones & Koresh only caused the deaths of hundreds.

This clearly illustrates Obama’s (and his wife’s) lack of class. Bill Clinton was right when he depicted Obama as a Chicago thug.  Class isn’t something you can buy. He can’t show something he doesn’t have, and what he and his wife have shown is that they are cheap, crude, and have no class.

It’s true that NTSC and PAL are incompatible systems of scanning and color encoding and that would make them incompatible as far as playing back disks on equipment designed for the other system; but I think Steyn is referring to geographical encoding, which DVD mfrs do as an anti-piracy measure. Same resulte either way, though, it was a pretty lameass gift.

You know, of course, that he packed up and shipped back the bronze bust of Sir Winston Churchill that has been previously displayed by George Bush inthe Oval Office. It's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and the British had paid the U.S. a great honor by allowing it to be displayed in the White House.

Why was Obama so rude as to ship it back? Rumor has it that he doesn't see Winston Churchill as the rock of strength who stood almost alone in 1940-41 against the Nazis. He just sees him as the the white guy who put down the Mau Mau rebellion in Kenya.

Just a hypothesis, of course...

Yes, there would have been crude comments about him being a "cowboy" and all... With Obama we hear crickets. How can members of the MSM look themselves in the mirror?
