I have an advertising and marketing business marred down right now w/ 2 personal patents being shown or contracted
and w/o networking....there is no effective way to get in the face of decision makers

Don't know. Last time I can remember being by it though, (late 60's) the next door neighbor was "Miss Lacey's Supper Club." It was a pimp hang-out and the curb was lined with Caballeros, so maybe they thought the neighborhood was shot. ;)
