Most, if not all of the cases have had “standing.”
Standing is a false issue under our constitution, and is used by those that have allegiance not to the U.S. but to the “Temple Bar” in London.

Speaker Boehner could set up an impeachment committee in January. That committee would have the power to secure documents that we can't secure.
If there is no Congressional impeachment committee investigation, those of us who have raised these important constitutional issues will be remembered as kooks and cranks. And Obama will be remembered as being a victim of our paranoid delusions.
Won’t happen, and you know it.
