Vanity post, yes, but I have to wonder about the sound breaks in Bobby Jindal's rebuttal talk tonight and why they were there. I've never seen this before in years of watching these things, and it seemed almost deliberate. Does anybody know which network controlled the pool feed tonight on Jindal's response?
Why do they keep putting J up there, why not DeMint? He’s no lightweight and he can speak.
Folks, it doesn’t matter who you put up. Each spokesperson we use will get smeared by the coordinated left. I really think we should save our starpower for the big game in 2012.
Jindal’s delivery was better than most rebuttals I’ve seen over the last 20 years. Remember the rebuttal that featured Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi a few years back? That was sickening... this was not. Remember the weak rebuttal from John Edwards in 07 ? The only thing he had that Jindal didn’t was a certain slick look about him that most Republican’s detest.
The childish comparisons I’ve seen on FR make me think this place is infested with Obamabots. The comments look a lot like what you’d find on youtube, Someone tell me I’m wrong.

Bad delivery can be fixed by good coaching. Lack of substance cannot. So Jindal now knows he needs some public speaking practice.
Let Jindal be a successful governor for awhile. He’s got time to hone up on his speeches...he’s only 36 so not quite presidential material at this time. Let him develop still while in the minor leagues so to speak.
Too many conservatives have dismissed Sarah Palin because of ONE interview with Katie Couric, or Bobby Jindal, because he didn't dazzle them with his eloquence last night. Whatever happened to giving people a chance to GROW. We have a couple of years before campaigning starts on the next election. Folks shouldn't cement their opposition to one or the other candidate because of ONE interview or speech which didn't please them.

My “attitude” is that Jindal cannot compete with 0bama.

OH NO! I am supposed to have HD Fox and I don’t so Cox spent and hour here yesterday checking out my cable and said we have to change something up on my Tel pole in the next 48 hours.
It keeps cutting in and out and the sound is chopped up. PLEASE don’t tell me that it may be unfixable in the near future.
