The reason N.O. didn’t get enough help is because local Democratic government robbed them blind!!!! There was a ton of money stolen by Dem political system in that area. Corrupt to the core.

Meanwhile, there are still people in Western Kentucky and Eastern Missouri that haven’t had their power restored from an ice storm some 3 weeks or so ago. But they’re white gun-clingers so they don’t matter to the racist in the white house.
