What???
Does this mean they’re gonna start regulating Cheerios?
And I thought I was making a joke about a drug company developing B6 for us..
http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~lrd/fr051118.html
They’re going to have to rename them Unhappyos
The FDA is getting bribes from drug companies.
These guys are gunna ban everything good for us and starve us to death.
We’ll end up eating tons of food and still be malnourished.
They’ve been talking about regulating the health food stores for a long time. This looks like “Stage One”.
Didn’t they ban L-Triptophan (sp?) years ago and now it’s ok? It naturally occurs in dark meat of turkey’s ... no, that that one, the other one ....
“Well end up eating tons of food and still be malnourished.”
Actually I think they’ll be little green crackers.
So, is B6 needed for anything?, or should I run out and buy B Complex while it’s still in the stores?
We may just all be lined up every week to receive our “vitamin shots” at a government clinic” along with an “eating depression” shot.
And yet the oh so trendy liberal morons who shop Whole Foods will continue to hail their new overlords. “Bummer, dude, we can’t get B6 any more. Hey, did you get your Obama coins yet?”
Can I just combine B2 and B4? Or take half a B12?
Cripes.
I wish that they could come up with a new drug.
One that would cure the mass insanity that is endemic to and epidemic in Washington, D.C.
Damn !!!
SOLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE....
I thought they were unable to do this. Didn’t some Act of Congress a few years back tell them that anything that was GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) at that time was grandfathered in, and FDA couldn’t mess with it?
This amounts to stealth legislation and SHOULD NOT be tolerated!
I’ve never heard pyridoxine referred to as pyridoxamine before, but it seems pyridoxamine may be a fundamental source of pyridoxine or something to that effect.
Vitamin B6 is generally referred to as pyridoxine in medical circles.
Many multivitamins out there contain pyridoxine. Centrum Silver contains it, and refers to it as pyridoxine, not pyridoxamine.
The FDA seemes destined to force every person in the nation to despise it. This is a stupid stupid thing to screw around with. It’s uncalled for, and is the sort of thing that does little more than anger people.
Does this mean I'll have to get a doctor's prescription before going fishing?
If not, it will soon enough.
