I have just been in phone contact with both the RNC and the RNSC (National Republican Senatorial Committee) regarding campaign funding for Collins, Snowe, and Specter. The RNC directed me to the RNSC regarding matters pertaining to the distribution of funds to the various senators. I suggested that the RNSC communicate to the senators today the ultimatum that if they voted for this Porkulus bill, they would not get any campaign funds next election. The RNSC spokesperson said she would pass my concerns on to John Cornyn (Chairman of the RNSC), but not necessarily today. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this response and asked if they had received any other calls on this subject, and she said, "no."
I find this hard to believe......can it be true they have received no calls on this subject?

I normally don’t see the emails the RNC and other GOP related entities send me, because after 2006 I blocked those addresses via ‘IhateSpam’ software.
I think I’ll begin responding to them via the ‘reply’ button with ‘When I see you are refusing campaign funding to Snow, Collins and Spector I’ll reconsider my decision made in 06 not to fund YOU’
I just called the number you posted, and the person said that the Senate already voted on the stimulus package. I said they had not. I said the House just voted on it, and the senate votes tonight. She said the Senate had already voted on it.
I said I didn’t want the Snowe, Collins, & Spector to vote for the changes and I didn’t want money going to them if they vote for it tonight.
I just called expressing my deep dissatisfaction with Collins, snow and Specter. I told the young women the Republican party would never get a penny from if they voted for this socialist bill. She tole me they already voted for the bill.
Previously, I had resorted to tearing the mailings to shreds and mailing that back to them.

I just called and told them no more money for these three RINOs. Let them raise their own money, but don’t spend any of my contributions to the Committee on them. They should have stood up to the Dems like their counterparts in the House, not cave like cowards.
Receptionist was very polite and promised to pass along my message.
