Well, it turned up a lot of information that a criminal database wouldn’t have found...these people appear never to have been arrested (yet) for fraud, but they’re skating pretty close to the edge.
They’re grifters, and grifters can go for a long time, escaping LE notice but still doing a lot of damage and defrauding both agencies and individuals. Sometimes, of course, they get tired of waiting and then kill some poor little old lady who has been nice to them. But the modern welfare grifter usually just floats from state to state. And probably votes Dem in all of them.

I’m looking into it right now. Once you know the identifiers, and the court jurisdictions, its relatively easy, if a bit time consuming - 72 hours or so, before you ‘know’.
Databases are a good starting point, but highly inaccurate, and not even remotely ‘inclusive’. When using a DB you have no idea how it was compiled, when it was updated, how the information contained was verified, or how it was manipulated before, during, or after it was acquired by the provider you select.
The dirty little secret is there is no such thing as an accurate criminal database on this planet. Just pretenders.
