You are one smart lady. He is just blah, blah, blah and hoping he is sounding like he is talking about something intelligently, while not answering the question. He also completely contradicts himself in some of the book length answers that say basically not much about what was asked. Even some of the reporters must just be shaking their heads, "Huh? Do know what he just said? Why do I feel sleepy whenever he answers a question?"
