Withdrawal isn't enough.
He needs to get the same treatment Al Capone did.

When the woman (can’t remember her name) withdrew over $900, you sort of had to know Daschle would be forced to withdraw. Still brings into question Obama’s vetting and appointment decisions, because he was “standing by his man.”

Now Obama can appoint some ethical Democrats who aren't entitled jerks suckling at the teat of power.
Lets all pause and appreciate the irony of that statement.

Now Obama can appoint some ethical Democrats who aren't entitled jerks suckling at the teat of power.
If ethical is the keyword for appointments or for withdrawal of appointments, or for withdrawal from government positions, then then the number one challenge for the Obama administration is the president himself.
Obama needs to resign as president because of the crooked but sweetheart deals that allowed him to purchase the mansion in Chicago. He benefited more from that transaction than Daschle from his failure to pay his taxes.

Obama didn’t think it would be right for him to appoint Caroline Kennedy to Hillary’s seat due to her tax problems. Does this guy know or has he ever been introduced to someone who is not a tax cheat or a thief?

Wow. Twelve posts and no one’s said, “I wish his father had withdrawn.” It needs to be posted, but I won’t do it.

Obama needs to find a Republican to take this job. Seems our guys have been doing ok in confirmation.
Dr. Tom Coburn, perhaps!??
