I’ll have to disagree. The Orly Taitz group has the tape of Obama’s grandmother stating that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya.
All we need is a subpoena of the original vault copy birth certificate. Obama’s father was a British citizen (Kenya was a British territory then and his mother to young to pass along American citizenship).
If that’s untrue, why can’t Obama prove it? Why is Obama spending so much on legal fees to keep his birth certificate hidden?
Experts claim his COLB is a forgery.
Back in the summer, when the first reports of the suspect nature of the posted COLB on Obama surfaced, my original thought was he was very reluctant to produce the vault copy, which is far more detailed, because he was embarrassed by the fact that his parents weren’t legally married. Of course, we all KNOW by now his parents were legally married and it didn’t make a dime’s worth of difference.
I suppose now my curiousity is somewhat peaked by his stubborn refusal to produce it, despite all his talk of transparency and the expenditure of significant sums of money to defeat efforts to obtain it. This is coupled with the total sealing of his college, grade school, “you name it about him and it’s sealed” of his past. There may be nothing to it and it may be the biggest red herring in history, but it’s just odd. He’s a lawyer - he knows the meaning of the Best Evidence rule.

As far as the case going anywhere — no, I don’t think so. All this time and nothing is happening. Nothing likely will, although I’m sure this will keep a number of people busy for quite a while... :-)
I predict a “loyal following” will keep this going until even after the time that Obama builds his Presidential Library, for sure... I think we can count on that.
He will never show the proper long form US COLB because he does not have one. The Hawaiian BC is not proof of anything. Until 1973 Hawaii issued BCs to any baby (even those born overseas) who had one parent who had previously lived in Hawaii. That BC is sealed so nobody gets to examine it and see it is worthless. Zero is Usurper in Chief until Jan.20 2013. We are a country without a legitimate president. The SCOTUS and all lower authorities have shirked their duty to uphold and protect The Constitution. Roberts bobbled the oath given to Zero because he was nervous about what he was doing to our country and The Constitution, IMHO.

According to the footnote (1) on the second page of the motion, “President Obama has publicly produced....” blah blah blah “factcheck.org”. I’m wondering... is this the first time that there is a direct connection (no middle-men or cut-outs) between Obama (at least his counsel) and that document on factcheck? I really don’t know. I guess he’s “all-in” on a document many don’t buy.
If BO and the DNC used Factcheck as their source they are playing into Berg's hand.
No court is going to accept a posting on the internet as evidence....Berg needs to bring a witness or two to state that the document is a fraud and ask that the original be produced.....Unless the judge just doesn't want to have the decision made in his court, the judge will agree. If he doesn't want to make the decision he'll kick it up to the SCOTUS who will deal with it....
No judicial system is going to make a decision based on a document from the internet.
