Rush just said that Obama isn't afraid of him. With one signature, Obama could spell the end to this show. This has to be why he and others will not question the Birth Certificate issue.

Rush was already bumped off television and nobody had to sign anything.
The network just kept messing with him until he gave up because it was costing too much and taking up too much time.

Let Hussein produce the BC, let him quit fighting multiple court battles to avoid producing it, and maybe I'll think otherwise. Could you please list the "multiple court battles" that Obama is actually "fighting?"
Does he actually send teams of lawyers to the courthouses where each of these suites have been filed?
What have these alleged lawyers argued in these cases while defending Obama?
Can you name even one lawyer that his argued Obama's case regarding the natural born citizen issue in front of a court?

Hochberg and Kreep. They work for Alan Keyes. Why would Keyes lawyer argue a case for Obama?

He sent a team to Hawaii. And what case did Obama's lawyers argue in Hawaii?
Do you happen to know in which court this Hawaii case was argued?
What was the verdict?

"Rush as the man who saved Sat Radio" That was my very first thought.
My fantasy is Rush broadcasting from some incredibly high wattage Mexican station (ala Wolfman Jack) called "Radio Free America".

Obviously Keyes' lawyers didn't argue a case for Obama. Your sentence was ambiguous as to who you wanted named.

I think this administration will not be hands off with the satelitte radio either...I watched the merger inqusition before the Congressional criminalas and their concerns with satelite radios diversity.

The Honolulu Advisor stopped reporting on it when Obama’s lawyers’ ruled for a dismissal. Apparently, there is some law that is unique or atypical to Hawaii that makes a dismissal open for discovery. I forgot what court. Let me search my email box.

Some jack bauer types show up at Rush’s Palm Beach home and hustle him off for an all expense vacation at GITMO?
And no word left.

AFAICT, Obama has not needed any legal representation in the cases that have been, tossed or rejected by the SCOTUS and the District Court in Georgetown, Texas.
