Rush just said that Obama isn't afraid of him. With one signature, Obama could spell the end to this show. This has to be why he and others will not question the Birth Certificate issue.
I have always said from the get-go that he should produce the actual documentation IN COURT to either put this issue to bed or admit the truth of where he was born.
His failure to allow the authentic documents to be exchanged makes his defense very suspicious.
he could still put the issue to rest by allowing the original documents to be inspected in court. i will accept whatever the evidence shows.

I wouldn’t be inclined to respond to posters who use ridicule and insults re. the eligibility issue. If they’ve done any serious investigating at all they’d know we are onto a legitimate issue. So, if you are hearing from them that we are “nutjobs” or there is “no BC issue,” then you are dealing with either a)someone who is pitifully uninformed or 2) a troll.
When and if a COURT demands his birth certificate, I would imagine that that document would be submitted to that court. That's unless he claims Executive Privilege by which he would invite a major court battle.

Actually, Berg legally demanded discovery of the documents, and rather than exchange them, both the case and the discovery were opposed by The Fraud.
A choice was made at that time to prolong this issue, when it could have very easily been resolved at that point.
It should not take a court order to produce the discovery.

For example, I could walk down to the local court house, file a suite against you and demand that you show me all your banking and medical records. However, you would not need to disclose those records unless they were demanded by a court.
