Rush just said that Obama isn't afraid of him. With one signature, Obama could spell the end to this show. This has to be why he and others will not question the Birth Certificate issue.

Cite some evidence that he has "spent a fortune."

He has employed many lawyers much time in this, in fighting cases, in promoting "fightthesmears" propaganda about it, and in providing the inconsequential "Certificate of Live Birth." Cite some actual, conclusive evidence that BHO was born in Hawaii? That (or its failure) is what they are hiding.

My list of services has him marked as an attorney for Barack H. Obama.

From the U.S. Department of State website.

A U.S. citizen may acquire foreign citizenship by marriage, or a person naturalized as a U.S. citizen may not lose the citizenship of the country of birth. U.S. law does not mention dual nationality or require a person to choose one citizenship or another. Also, a person who is automatically granted another citizenship does not risk losing U.S. citizenship. However, a person who acquires a foreign citizenship by applying for it may lose U.S. citizenship. In order to lose U.S. citizenship, the law requires that the person must apply for the foreign citizenship voluntarily, by free choice, and with the intention to give up U.S. citizenship.

Perhaps, you could provide a link to the law that states that a person gives up his status as a natural born citizen if he for any point in his life is considered a dual citizen.

“citizenship by marriage”

Would it help with your understanding of Perkins v Elg if this is pointed out?

While other nations may permit people to acquire citizenship by marriage, the United States does not.

We need to send cases up weekly to SCOTUS with all UNITED STATES Military plaintiffs - active, reserve and retired military. Let SCOTUS tell them they have no standing.

We then let the military know including VFW, web sites and any way possible. Do our brave soldiers have NO Standing?

We are not going to do “catch & release” with terrorists. Let our sons get killed because they cannot shoot back at terrorists or have to catch them just to release them.

Is Rush going to go for it?

The ones that have gone in front of judges and have actually done face time are not Bambi’s people, that’s what I’m referring to. His lawyers have simply filed motions to dismiss.

Wrong again, per the U.S. Supreme Court. Someone born in the United States never loses their citizenship unless he (not his parents) intentionally renounces it. (Afroyim v. Rusk).

Thank you for that semi-correction.

Afroyim v. Rusk was a wrong (and 5-4) decision, made in the liberalized 1967 court and it could be either overturned or found not applicable to an issue of "natural born citizenship" by its obvious intention to exclude anyone of a foreign jurisdiction and allegiance from being president.

Further to this regarding Obama, if he decided to carry forward a foreign citizenship at or after age 18, his U.S. citizenship is revoked, as I understand the law and I do not find that effectively refuted. He dormed in the internationals section in college, he has hidden his college records, and he flew in 1981 on a passport not American, since he flew to Pakistan, which forbade Americans entry at that time. If this is so, and the evidence indicates it is, so far, he decided upon Indonesian citizenship and not American citizenship as an adult, which de facto revokes his American citizenship. BTW, Indonesia had no provision for dual citizenship, so that is what his parents were likely informed at the time (previous to the Afroyim decision).

So, whether as a child or as an adult, the evidence revealed thusfar indicates that "Barry Soetoro" is not an American Citizen at all.

Well that is interesting since my google search of “Fredric Woocher” + Obama indicates that Woocher did contribute money to Obama, it does not however indicate that Obama has been a client of Woocher in any matter, not even a case related to the NBC Question.

That is an example of court usurpation of what should be legislation. It is for the court to decide. See my immediate prior post, about why it is absurd to apply this in the instance of the question of whether or not one is a "natural born Citizen."

The language "natural born Citizen" was at its essence used to refer to someone without any other allegiance or jurisdicion.

See the John Jay letter here, which spells this out, in the common understanding maintained at the time, as per Vatel and Tucker.

Afroyim v. Rusk and its subsequent judicial activist decisions (and legislatively derelict abdications of responsibility) do not touch "natural born Citizen," even if they are allowed to continue to wrongly pollute court decisions.

There has been refutation of the travel ban to Pakistand at that time, I don’t have any links/sources, but from what I’ve read it was possible to travel there, but not that easy. Hopefully someone who knows exactly will jump in.

It certainly would be interesting to know under what nationality he traveled before becoming a Senator. I suppose that’s why the breakins. If there was nothing to hide and scrub, why would they have bothered. What was found? What was changed?

Here is an explanation of it.

Look at the date of the case. At the time, that was the law, wasn’t it?

Afroyim v. Rusk was a wrong (and 5-4) decision...

My guess is that your opinion that Afroyim v. Rusk was a wrong decision will have little if any impact on any decision the Court may make regarding BHO's NBC status.

if he decided to carry forward a foreign citizenship at or after age 18, his U.S. citizenship is revoked, as I understand the law and I do not find that effectively refuted.

That is not what the U.S. State Department says.

The Fairness Doctrine doesn’t need legislation. It would be implemented thru the FCC, an executive branch. The head of the Executive Branch, i.e., the POTUS, i.e., Barrack Obama, needs only to order the FCC to implement the Fairness Doctrine.

The BC issue has run its course; it’s over. We should no longer let it distract from viable issues.

As per El Rushbo:

I don’t think he’s afraid of anybody. He’s the president of the United States. This is a political play to marginalize me so that Republicans are afraid to associate with my ideas or any of us. He wants conservatism, mainstream conservatism to be thought of the way you and I think of communism. He wants it thought of as the most foreign, the most offensive, the most extreme manner of belief possible. There are no elected Republicans who are espousing conservatism today, so he’s gotta find somebody who is. I happen to be the most prominent voice, but there are many others, so he focuses on me. This is a Saul Alinsky radical rule number 13: Pick the target, me, isolate it, polarize it. It’s almost like Colin Powell. We’ll kill it, we’ll isolate it, we’ll cut its head off. That’s what’s happening here. This is a purposeful effort to get rid of conservatism as a mainstream way of thinking forever in this country, make no mistake about it.
