PRESIDENT OBAMA TAKES ON RUSH LIMBAUGH IN NEW MEDIA WAR

WASHINGTON -- President Obama warned Republicans on Capitol Hill today that they need to quit listening to radio king Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along with Democrats and the new administration.

"You can't just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done," he told top GOP leaders, whom he had invited to the White House to discuss his nearly $1 trillion stimulus package.

One White House official confirmed the comment but said he was simply trying to make a larger point about bipartisan efforts.

"There are big things that unify Republicans and Democrats," the official said. "We shouldn't let partisan politics derail what are very important things that need to get done."

That wasn't Obama's only jab at Republicans today.

The problem is they WANT Rush to come out swinging. That only helps discredit him in the end.

Rush's ego is his biggest flaw. Someone on the other side has figured that out, and is using it. By getting Rush to lash out at Obama, they can cry “RACISM!” and get him off the air more easily.

We need to start thinking strategically, not tactically.

Notice how the bubblehead hosts and anchors on the TV shows are now tossing Rush's name out in ever-increasing numbers. This is orchestrated, not spontaneous, though it may appear so. Remember, everything is exquisitely planned now by the Left, the Left's money backers and the Obama administration's shadowy operatives. Rush knows all this, but we have to be aware also.

It's up to each of us to start our own campaign against Hussein Obama. There cannot be silence when Obama becomes the topic in conversation.
