Coverage of the balls on Fox News.
Her dress looks like a wedding cake turned sour.
I will treat 44 with the same dignity and respect that the Dems afforded 43!!!!
yep,,either she can’t or won’t take advice or she got bad advice.
She has assets, mostly her height and body but somebody dreessed her too young and too frou frou. Jackie O was never frou frou,,she was so classic. And Laura dresses beautifully. Barbara Bush always looked like a couch to me. And Rosalyn,,good Lord. Nancy was fabulous,,just fabulous but she had great designers as did Jackie.
I wonder if Michelle knows a thing about fashion,,she needs top designers. Maybe she doesn’t care.
Me, too, but as soon as the “organizers” start bugging me, I’m outta here.
I think so too. Michelle does well with clean, straight lines in clothing and deep, rich colors. The style of her teal dress at the Dem convention was good and she’s worn some flattering colors throughout the campaign. The camel and black outfit the other day was very nice.
What happened today is inexplicable. She is listening to the wrong people.
She is not a ruffles and femininity type person.

Bang on.
"...Skittles-sh***ing unicorns...ROTF!!!
I think Sarah is comfortable in her own skin and with her own style. Michelle doesn't convey that same personal confidence.
Why did she chose that disaster for such an important event? That looks like something someone had a nightmare about.
ROTFLMBO! One of the funniest skits EVER!
The camel and black outfit was awesome.
But today was fashion disaster.
The green shoes are Jimmy Choo (which costs a fortune). Nobody was talking about the cost of those shoes! (as opposed to Sarah Palin's clothes)
These guys just spent $147M or whatever on the inauguration. They are Mr/s President of the US. They can get advice from anyone they want. If they cannot even figure out how to get good fashion advice how are they going to get good advice on nuclear weapons policies vis a vis Iran or how to close out the war with Al Qaeda or how to stop flushing Trillions down the toilet of bankrupt financial institutions?
M O's dress looks like something you'd wear in the daytime at the beach!
**I will treat 44 with the same dignity and respect that the Dems afforded 43!!!!**
Used that same line today and smoked out an idiot troll. If you are a troll you do NOT, after the line above say “Aren’t Republicans ABOVE all That?”
Attention LIberals, to me this is war, you get what you’ve been dishing out.
As for Michelle’s Dress, it looks like the Bedcover on my Great Grandmother’s BED that was bought out of a 1932 SEARS CATALOG.
“She walks like a moose.”
I find that offensive. Moose do too.
A Caribou
I FReep from my BB alot of the time. Ping lists just don’t ‘work’ from a cell phone...but I will gladly post when pinged.
I didn’t like the gold/green combo this afternoon. A deep red; a royal blue; would have been more appropriate.
"Entertainers (L-R) Sean 'Diddy' Combs, Mary J. Blige, Faith Hill, Denzel Washington, Trudie Styler and Sting watch as U.S. President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama walk onstage at the Neighborhood Inaugural Ball."
I thought it looked like a nightgown.
The reviews?? Just three days ago I saw a whole bunch of articles that claimed Ms Obama can do no wrong in the fashion world—she is style personified, etc.! I think the reviews will be predictable from the MSM—”the best inaugural dress ever”—and her white ball gown will set a new fashion trend!” Oh my!
That is the funniest looking dress I have ever seen and I am 65 today. What a disaster!!!! Why the one strap? Is that to help keep the dress up so it won’t show what should not be shown? My word, I could have picked out a better looking dress and I have no talent in that direction at all.
