Parris Glendening's "trigger lock" press conference

I am in search of video of Governor Parris Glendening's press conference in, I believe, March of 2000. This is the press conference where he goes to demonstrate how quickly trigger locks can be removed from guns and he fumbles around for more than two minutes, totally making a fool of himself.

I have found the transcript of the press conference but am unable to find the actual video. I would like to have the video to use in a class on "how to conduct a press conference," this instance demonstrating how NOT to give one...and at the same time I get to zing the left's anti-gun agenda. I have already contacted the NRA but have yet to hear back from them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen trigger lock made of plastic.
It would seem they could (hold mah beer alert) shot off much quicker than using the "key". Of course that would require a second gun...

I saw the video back when the event took place. And I think the NRA used it in a commercial. Someone has GOT to have it. Couldn’t find it on YouTube, but this before the advent of posting videos on the web in any organized fashion. Though, it may be on YouTube somewhere, it just did not pop up in any of the searches I used.
