AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and hes not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (thats Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! Americas anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to dothats host. Get ready to what you were born to dothats listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).
That was an ‘Eeyore moment’. :)
Items 1 - 4: The infamous "COLB." Hawaii issues this short form exclusively, except by special request, for all birth certificate copies. The State of Hawaii certifies that the information on the COLB is the information on the original birth certificate.
Is it possible that there's something irregular about the "vault copy?" Yes. Has anyone presented one iota of tangible proof to that effect, other than theory? No. Why should any court question the State of Hawaii's certification without any proof that it's incorrect?
Item 5: [§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. If you look at the citation in brackets at the end of the statute: [L 1982, c 182, §1], it indicates that the statute was passed in 1982. (L = Legislative year. c = Act]. That's a current statute. Has anyone filing these lawsuits or making these arguments done or presented any research on the HI statutes concerning birth certificates in effect in 1961? I haven't seen any. And this statute wasn't in effect in 1961.
Item 6: Constitutional interpretation is the purview of the SCOTUS. Legal opinions differ on the issue, but they currently overwhelming support the interpretaion that a child born on US soil is a natural-born citizen, and a citizen by birth, as much as you may disagree. SCOTUS has declined to hear arguments on at least two lawsuits arguing otherwise, so it's safe to assume they don't see a Consitutional issue with the prevailing interpretation, or merits with the arguments presented otherwise. There's nothing in the least wrong with arguing your viewpoint, as long as its not presented as fact, and people who disagree aren't berated and called trolls, as has been the case lately.
Item 7-8: No one has presented any credible proof that Obama was born in Kenya. The "statement" you reference, IIRC, was a recording of third-party telephone conversation through an interpreter (and the party on the other end, not speaking the language, could not verify what was asked or said). BHO's paternal stepmother is not a credible witness. She has at various times stated that he was born in Hawaii, he was born in Kenya, he is a Muslim, and he is a Christian. She's an elderly woman with little or no education who does't speak English and who will apparently say anything she thinks will help Obama.
Items 9-13, 15: No one has presented any credible proof that Obama was officially adopted by Lolo Soetoro. (And no, the Indonesian school registration isn't legal proof.) In run-of-the-mill non-contested divorce cases such as the Obama's, attorneys simply accept the facts as related by the petitioner, unless they have good reason to doubt their veracity.
Item 14: Has anyone done or presented any proof that a child born of an African parent in Hawaii in 1961 would not be designated "African?" (There were very few native Africans in Hawaii at the time, and it's entirely possible the Health Dept. used an odd designation for what was a rare event in 1961.)
Item 16: The ABA registration. Even if Obama had used an alias, he would only be required to report it on that form if he used the alias as an attorney, not before. It has entirely to do with licensing, not an attorney's previous life history.
Item 17: Even though college transcripts and medical records have been traditionally supplied volutarily to the media by POTUS candidates, there's no legal requirement to supply them.
Item 18: Has anyone proved his SS registration is fraudulent? Not that I know of.
TITLE 5 > PART III > Subpart B > CHAPTER 33 > SUBCHAPTER I > § 3328 Selective Service registration:
(a) An individual
(1) who was born after December 31, 1959, and is or was required to register under section 3 of the
Military Selective Service Act (50 App. U.S.C. 453); and
(2) who is not so registered or knowingly and willfully did not so register before the requirement terminated or became inapplicable to the individual,
shall be ineligible for appointment to a position in an Executive agency.
Obama was elected, not appointed. It's unfortunate, but that's how the statute reads.
Items 19, 20: Depend on proving the other contentions that haven't yet been proved.
Is Obama's lack of openness troubling? Yes. Is the media's failure to pursue the missing documents and facts frustrating? You bet. Is insisting that he doesn't meet the qualifications for POTUS based on theories or suspicions a credible argument? No.
Is Rush a neocon because he isn't presenting what is rapidly entering the realm of conspiracy theory as fact? Absolutely not.
Today has been a fantastic show.
THANK YOU ....
What a well thought out, researched response!
What Rush could have told that caller is that his competitors who are losing out to the caller’s business will get life breathed back into them, potentially sinking the poor caller’s business, which is just getting by. Failure will be rewarded once again, at the expense of the productive. Defeat wil be snatched from the jaws of victory.
Ping to 263.
Well done bc!
YOUR PAPERS ARE NOT IN ORDER.
As foot in mouth goes, that one is worse than the Lott comment on Strom...
It is unfortunate that you have chosen to go out of your way to excuse Mr. Sotoero instead of calling on him to surrender a $10 copy of his actual birth certificate. If your points had any validity, the courts probably could have resolved this long ago instead of dismissing the various cases based on "standing."
hats off to ya...outstandin presentation
Watch this video and tell me what you think of Steele’s answer to the RuPaul question.

Blackwell may have had the best response.
Which one? I watch EM all the time....I don't recognize which one it is....
Obama most likely got funds from terrorists....and noone but us —would care....and we’ll never find the truth about it. Unless of course,...we get Jack Bauer on it.
I wonder what ever happened to 0’s illegal alien aunt?
Thanks.
TY!
Sorry, it should have read “surely”. I said, surely Mark knows what the constitutional requirements are for one who would be President.
Excellent question, Nephi. One I ask myself time and time again.
