FR and others need to have a working group for Jan 8 when Congress meets in a Joint Session to count the votes from the Electoral College.
Many conservatives are NOT interested. So THIS is the Thread for all the negative and silly comments. If I have time to post other threads, there is work to be done.
For those who are interested in a FR Working Group for the Congress to "Say NO to Barack & Joe" on Jan. 8th, don't post here. If I don't get the threads posted tonight, start one yourself.
I can imagine some of the obvious objections:
It's too late... = Since many people have a short attention span for politics, this may be perfect. Just about 5 days for a nationwide campaign.
It'll cause rioting in the streets... - Many of those who voted Dem in Nov. didn't really know who or what they were voting for. Time for many of them to change their mind.

well.. the facts are that he has spent over a million in legal fees to not release his birth certificate... that means.. either there is something disqualifying in it or something really embarrassing... occam’s razor...
therefore any good freeper would want to see this made public...
if your not into that.. and can’t handle being associated with other people who want it to be made public.. good riddance..

How long would it take you to produce a valid copy of your birth cert?
How can we continue as a legitimate nation when OUR OWN people disregard OUR OWN constitution and elect a corrupt Chicago style politician with NO KNOW background or any practical qualifications to lead us?
What kind of CHANGE are they looking for? Suicide is change. We are committing national suicide. What is the collective IQ of the voters who did this? How can true Americans live under this sham of a government that is spending TRILLIONS of make believe dollars on corporate and individual welfare the likes of which Stalin could only dream? And then elect a nobody with fewer qualifications than Caroline Kennedy to be POTUS?

Wow! For the first “Constitution doesn’t mean that much to me” post yours was perfect. You definitely caught the spirit of the thread.
That’s the point of all the bitchin’. When I applied for SS, it took me 8 minutes to break out my ORIGINAL birth certificate...from a long-gone military hospital no less. Had to wade thru mommy’s shoe closet first to find the strongbox. Bback in ‘98 had to gather my kid’s certs from 3 different states (military moves) and that took all of 5-6 weeks, what with using snail-mail, etc. So I’m absolutely going to want proof of HIS citizenship before I agree to salute him!

As I see it, one problem we have on FR is that there are WAY too many people—Vaak, for example—who have a hard time separating constitutional questions from politics. And there IS a major difference. It’s hard for me to understand how some folks here can’t seem to (or refuse to) grasp that.
As for those of you who want to back off because Obama won the election by a substantial margin, doesn’t the role that his deceipt and cover-ups played in the election result matter to you?
As I was explaining to a South American buddy the other day, our nation is comprised of a multitude of different nationalities, ethnic groups, religions, and beliefs. Take away the Constitution and our system of “government of laws and not men” and what exactly will hold us together as a country?
