Last night Ed Hale presented the (heretofore, unseen) divorce decree on Plains Radio between Obama's mother and Obama Sr ( her FIRST marriage).
The key bonus in this was the revelation of the specific version of her name in the decree, Stanley Ann D. Obama.
Using this precise name variation ( the abbreviated, initial "D" --instead of 'Dunham', was the cipher that broke open the search), they are claiming to have now located a POE (Port of Entry ) document that Obama's mother provided when she returned to the US with her son--soon after Obama's birth, (allegedly in Kenya).
The POE allegedly includes Obama's birth information/certificate ( British Kenya) as required for entry. Stay tuned for events...see other comments below. -------------------------------------------------- DesertVet Newbie

No secret I've been highly skeptical on this whole ordeal. I'm now beginning to think this could very well lead the way to the smoking gun. Until this document she has only been known as "Dunham", no where in public records has Obama's Mothers name read as it does on this divorce decree. I believe the "D" being abreviated has allowed them to locate her records. This has led them to a "port of entry" birth certificate for Barack Obama. She submitted this POE certificate when she came back to the US, and the fact that there is a POE Certificate...proves that he was indeed born out of the country.
This would mean that Obama has never been through Immigration & Naturalization Services in his life, he became a citizen of Indonesia, and never applied for a U.S. passport. If this is the case, then he's not even a citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.
I'm not 100% certain on my assertion of above take on this document issue, but I think it is HIGHLY plausible. I'm still not ready to dance in the streets by any means yet (Yeah, I'm a tough sell). But I am quite intriguied at the moment. Couldn't say that earlier today.
Here’s one instance where we are in agreement. Obama may well have traveled to Pakistan on a passport other than one issued by the United States, but it sure wasn’t because he couldn’t travel there on a US passport.
Pakistan was a dangeous place in 1981, it was from 1988 to 1992 when I was there, and it is now. But travel by US citizens on US passports has been allowed throughout.
I guess... from what other poster’s comments have been; one can determine that Berg has had the divorce decree for some time. He’s holding his cards close to his chest. That’s understandable, considering what he is attempting to do. Whether he mined the port of entry data remains unknown. I think Ed Hale will share his find, should he actually uncover docs. that show a Kenyan birth.
The single mom aspect is indeed an interesting consideration. However, several posts (as you also note) have detailed the age and residency requirements, nullifying the ability to confer citizenship from the mother to the child. After all... it’s the law!

That's a reference to Susan Blake. That visit occurred on the trip back from Kenya sometime in the August 5-7 time frame.
Upon reflection on the divorce decree attached to the port of entry documents, the decree is long after Obama arrived in the US the first time.
The divorce was filed in January 1964, around two and a half years after he was born. You would speculate that this is a certified copy of the proceeding filed with the Kenya birth certificate by Stanley Ann when she brought Obama back from Indonesia and she had to file this to prove that Obama was not Suetoro's son. Thus you would expect that she was returning from Indonesia to a US Port of Entry on the West Coast.
I think it is reasonable to hang on to the location information until copies of the documents are obtained because the Obama people are busily out there scrubbing all of the documents they can get removed from wherever they are filed.
Another element of the importance of the divorce decree is that you have Stanley Ann under oath on the proposition that she and Obama Senior were in fact married--I doubt that anyone is likely to get by this in an argument that they were not in "wedlock" for purposes of the immigration statutes.
I have never been as concerned as I should have been about the Obamites out there scrubbing the record--having been in complex litigation many times over the years, my experience is that copies of relevant documents crawl out of the woodwork on a regular basis from places where the scrubber forgot to look--like this copy of the divorce file and birth certificate (if and when it appears).
The other thing that is troublesome about the divorce papers is that it places the marriage in Hawaii. I have assumed that the marriage took place in Kenya.
If the Hawaii story is correct, that may be an indication that the marriage certificate files were at some point removed--and presumably, the divorce file if it could be obtained from the court of record would also disclose many other relevant papers; it would be surprising if it too had been removed from the legal records.
Jim Robinson is the final authority on the level of tin foil hattery he's going to allow. I would think if he was concerned about FR turning into "foil-hat central" these threads would be pulled as fast as they appear. So when you accuse others of promulgating foil hat conspiracies you're also questioning Jim's judgment.

You are wrong. There was no prohibition against US travel to Pakistan at the time bambi went. In fact RWR had just initiated a significant aid program to that country at that time.
You are welcome. I like to share articles I have found or re-found when the originals have suddenly been pulled. I don’t have a problem with NYT and access and am curious as to why. I know they were in the tank for Jr so I do read their articles through a “jaded” eye. Foreign sources are more accurate IMO.
No simply that they lived there and I don’t think Jr gave an exact location when he told the “story” of his mother playing with a colored girl after school either.
Take your pick from various states they were in before they returned to KS in the early 50’s. They were in OK, TX, CA, KS then WA before finally settling down in HI. They were in KS for approximately a year prior to the move to WA. UC at Stanford may say when Madelyn and Stanley were there, I do know they noted Madelyn attended but didn’t graduate. Madelyn also took some courses at UW.
