Alaska has a new form of wildlife: Gov. Sarah Palin, who has turned into a mama tiger, or a grandmama tiger anyway, in defense of her young.
Mrs. Palin is engaging in an unusually personal attempt to protect her 18-year-old daughter Bristol from the inaccuracies of the press.
In three different accounts, journalists have described Miss Palin and/or her fiance Levi Johnston as "high-school dropouts."

I am sorry but Sarah would have been better off leaving this alone. All that is nessecary for evil to succed in the world is for good men(and women) to do nothing.
She need to set the record straight and keep setting it straight. She needs to go before the American public and keep her agenda out there.
When the mainstream media and the Dims in congress failed to report or got it wrong Reagan went straight to the people.
The conservative movement needs leaders and leadership if we want to get our place back

Yes she should keep her record straight. I agree. Like getting together with the world represetatives this weekend or week. But about whether her daughter is finishing high school??? Not so much.

Boston’s CBS outlet, channel 4, announced the birth of Gov. Palin’s grandson in typical snide fashion. It was ‘Sarah Palin’s grandson’, not Gov. Palin. And sniggers about the child’s name, ‘starts with a ‘T, I can’t remember all those weird names, Tigger, whatever’, and that he was ‘healthy’, a code for not suffering mental retardation. Lots of laughter. May they rot in youknowwhere. They won’t let up on Gov. Palin because the orders have come down from on high not to. They’re terrified of her.

I disagree. Every time the media lies it needs to be pointed out in the strongest way as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Incompetent media is the biggest single reason we are where we are.

Honey, I hate to tell you, but girls have been getting into that predicament for all time and it isn’t going to go away. Society has reached a point where people are more supportive than condemning of unwed mothers - all except Bristol that is. Just because we offer our support, doesn’t mean we promote the behavior. I guess you think she should be stoned, and it seems like you think the whole family should be stoned with her.
Heaven forbid you ever have a daughter and she finds herself in that situation. Most likely, she would have an abortion before she would tell you. Guess that is ok.

I dont find it caveman thinking. I find it totally disgusting and a huge embarrassment to all conservatives everywhere....oh true conservatives I mean. Yeah as a true conservative (Romney) she should have aborted the child /sarc

How many stuggling families have 7 million dollar advance for a book she will write in a few years????? Dont give me that. Take out the 7 million and she still made six figures a year. She is not an example of a struggling family. That is not a fact...that is an emotion.Boy, you've got it bad! I didn't say they were a shining example "of" a struggling family. I said they are shining examples "for" struggling families. And the reference was to parenting not their income. During the campaign, I totally admired how they handled their duties as parents.

” In the interview, Sarah does not even address what avenue they are taking to complete this simple goal.”
Why should she? Her children are not public figures and its nobody’s business.

This is all coming from the same media that created the environment which led to some lunatic setting her church on fire. Thankfully, we don’t act like they do.

The libs are so arrogant and devoid of honor.
Chelsea couldn’t be questioned despite campaigning for her mom. And yet they feel these young people are fair game.

"Ok, I was going to let it pass. But I can't. You claim that "Sarah does not even address what avenue they are taking???? Read the artcile. Sarah very specifically set them straight... "I" didn't claim any such thing. "I" asked how it was relevant in any way, as long as they are completing their educations.
I suggest you pay more attention to exactly who posted what.
