Congressman Rahm Emanuel will resign his congressional seat on Friday in anticipation of joining President-elect Barack Obama's administration.
Emanuel delivered the news in an automated call to constituents on Monday.
"This is Congressman Rahm Emanuel. As you may have heard, President-elect Obama has asked me to be his new chief of staff and I have accepted this offer. Therefore, in the near future, I will be resigning from Congress. ... I also want you to know, it has been a privilege and an honor to serve as your representative for the last six years," he says in the taped call.

Actually, if Obama is truely ineligible for the position, you can’t impeach him. He has to be removed.

When I first saw that headline, I thought he was resigning his Chief of Staff appointment. I guees the buck stopped at Blogojevich when it came to the “pay to play” Chicago machine. Hello Chicago politics in Washington. Very sad for the country.

Lot of things that involve Obama are really adding up. His birth record is sealed, which does arouse concern. Also, there is Blagojevich. I don’t trust that Obama one bit. His wife was a practicing lawyer and no longer is. There should of been hard questions about what they do as a community organizer. We already had Black Presidents.

The last Black President was Dwight “Ike” Eisenhower. Granted, they did not look Black and passed as White, but they are Black. Also, we have a Black president on money, Andrew Jackson, which is on the $20 bill. He is often seen as very anti-Indian. Only difference between Obama and those Presidents are, that Obama looks Black, despite the fact that he is biracial.
In the 1920 Election, Blacks were urged to vote Republican and at the time it was Warren G. Harding and Calvin Coolidge.

I wonder how much he’s getting for it? You would think there’s been some appreciation in value in the years since Emanuel bought it from it’s previous owner, Rod Blagojevich.
