A Muslim lawyer has launched an extraordinary rant against Christmas, branding the celebration 'evil'. Hate preacher Anjem Choudary claimed the festival was the 'pathway to hell' and urged his followers to boycott it. 'In the world today many Muslims, especially those residing in Western countries, are exposed to the evil celebration Christmas,' he raged in a sermon broadcast on the internet.
'Many take part in the festival celebrations by having Christmas turkey dinners. 'Decorating the house, purchasing Christmas trees or having Christmas turkey meals are completely prohibited by Allah. Decorating and presents are evil, but cutting open the throat of an animal (and sometimes a human) human is perfectly fine.

This does it, the Christmas turkey is being named Choudhary & the ham is getting a name this year....Omar Bakri Mohammed. Since that is a mouthful we will just call the ham Omar. I will start a new family tradition.
Turkey on Thanksgiving, roast beef with Yorkshire pudding on Christmas and ham on New Years Day at our house.
I bet he doesn't refuse that free Christmas turkey that comes with this months early welfare check.
At least this muslim is being truthful. He doesn't lie like the others that claim they like Jesus. One in awhile the truth slips out, like the pictures of destroyed churches with obscenities spray painted on them calling Jesus derogatory names. Media here never prints those pics for some reason. I wonder why...

We have Turkey, meatballs, ham, kubasa, perogies, potatoes, and about 50 other dishes for thanksgiving,
And Christmas dinner
And new years dinner,
And Easter dinner
And any other occasion that warrants a feast.

According to some articles I've read, there's no evidence of any winter solstice celebration in Rome before about 274 A.D., when it was introduced by Emperor Aurelian. There's an excellent argument that the solstice celebration was devised as an anti-Christmas—a state-sponsored Kwanzaa—to compete with those annoyingly numerous Christians, who would be taking over 39 years later.
