KHQA TV wishes to offer clarification regarding a story that appeared last month on our website ConnectTristates.com. The story, which discussed the appointment of a replacement for President Elect Obama’in the U.S. Senate, became the subject of much discussion on talk radio and on blog sites Wednesday.
The story housed in our website archive was on the morning of November 5, 2008. It suggested that a meeting was scheduled later that day between President Elect Obama and Illinois Governor Blagojevich. KHQA has no knowledge that any meeting ever took place. Governor Blagojevich did appear at a news conference in Chicago on that date.
Is there a screen shot of that info?
I wonder if Fitz is suppressing anything in the wire taps? Are we going to be asking where are the tapes again? Shades of 1972 all over again.

Questions about what ELSE they may have published that they should consider ‘clarifying’ and what exactly is the public to BELIEVE!
In an age of internet censorship, it's always wise to be redundant and have as many back-up copies as possible.
I think the article was posted on the 8th and it said the meeting DID take place earlier in the week. KHQA’s clarification stated that the removed article referred to a future meeting that was scheduled for the 5th but they had no knowledge that the meeting ever took place. BOLD FACED LIE!!
Did anyone save a copy of it before it dissapeared??? bummer!!

I expect pressure, maybe from like-minded people in the media, telling them - you really shouldn’t be saying that.
POOF - the story is gone when it’s inconvenient. There was a reason it was printed in the first place.

He certainly is suppressing ... three freakin’ weeks worth, to begin with. Gee, just happenstance that’s when 0 resigned his senate seat to put pressure on Blago, Jarrett pulls out as a candidate, lil’ Dick Durbin plays 0 butt boy as 0’s Blago’s goto.
Who the hell know’s what else is omitted!
