My sentiments exactly. I'd have been there if I'd known about it.
Great Update on Leo’s web site about Chester Author!

‘it’s safe to say its unlikely the court won’t hear the case.’
Double negative, whichmeans they will hear the case?
I only meant that I would do so if OBAMA proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was eligible. It doesn’t look like he is going to do that unless he is forced to by the Supreme Court. What I can’t figure out is why conservatives like David Horowitz cannot grasp the constitutional arguments for this case and would rather brand the people that have raised the issue as nutters and the ‘fringe’. After much thought, it can only mean one or two things. One is that the powers that be in our party want to run someone in the future that may have similar ‘issues’ in their view or two, they are just willing to shred the constitution in favor of domestic tranquility and mob rule. Neither are good enough arguments to abandon our constitution. PERIOD.
Well, just as a follow-up, since the SCOTUS dismissed the Obama case without comment today, I most definitely did not get the figurative look in the eye that I wanted.

I’m shocked! They didn’t even give a figurative look when they dismissed it?
Does this mean it will continue to be an issue until each one of us gets to personally examine the suspect document and verify it’s not a forgery?

I don’t know.
For some I suppose it will always be an issue.
“Each one of us” certainly would not have to do this if the Supremes had done it, or better still, if there was a paperwork regimen in place UPON candidacy application.
An explanation as to why they dismissed the case would have been nice, and for most of us, educational. I’m sure there are very good reasons as to why the SCOTUS is allowed to dismiss cases without explanation, but as EyeGuy and not LegalGuy, I certainly cannot think of one.
