The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Addiction is a terrible thing!
Well, his Hawaiian birth cerificate was accidentally left in Kenya and the Hawaiian bureaucracy ain’t sweatin’ it ma-an. Chill, dude, Obama is a hang loose guy, ya’ know?
Yah Brah’....
If obama gets in every day be kill Haole day!
No great mystery, he ain't got one. He's in deny, deny, deny mode.
Is the one like me considered a Hapa Haole?/Just Asking - seoul62......
The thing I don’t understand with this issue is why doesn’t the RNC throw their money behind these lawsuits ? And how was it that Barry was allowed to get so far without showing is BC ? AND why is it that Barry always sends his lawyers in when the question is asked ?
I don’t think we’ll ever know the real answer to this.
Apparently he does have one. The state official in charge of such things says they have one for him. The Question is, what's on it. It is or was possible to get a Hawaiian birth certificate without actually being born in Hawaii. For example when a foreign born child is adopted. There are other situations as well.
> No great mystery, he ain’t got one. He’s in deny, deny, deny mode
Everyone has a birth certificate on file somewhere.
It’s just that his real one ain’t in Hawaii and O knows it.
He’s trying to bluff his way into the whitehouse. He’s holding a pair of 2’s and is trying to convince everyone he’s got a royal flush.
If he get’s called, he loses.

In the first place he doesn’t have to, a passport will suffice. In the second place, he probably doesn’t want information revealed as to parentage, religion, etc. And thirdly, let’s say he is foreign born, it appears he is home free so why would he?
The the candidate or President Elect is not required to offer proof of his native birth, age or residency until the day the electors meet when the Senate clerk asks for that information.
We need someone to join Keyes. If Keyes wins McCain is only up to 253(264) to Darth Obamis’ 274. At least now their is standing for the lawsuit. Of course no one will report that Obama won his first election by having every one of his opponents removed from the ballot.
Kenya show me your eligibility?
What is he trying to hide? If he is a natural born US citizen fine, no sweat. If he isn't, well, it will come out, and he will be prosecuted for false statements, fraud, and anything else a wrathful public can throw at him. It won't be just the people that voted for McCain/Palin - but all his supporters angry that he betrayed them. If he isn't eligible, he would be far, far better off admiting it sooner (like before he takes office) rather than later.
What point is he trying to make, that he is above suspicion? Forget it pal, no-one is above suspicion except one man, and he walked the Earth some 2000 years ago.
Is he afraid someone will try to steal his identity? Fat chance.
Lawyer: Well, you see... my client... is Really an American Citizen, born naturally, in Kenya... And therefore, he is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States. Here are the papers.
People: Let us see... hey, these are paper napkins!
MSM: You don’t need to see The One’s papers.
People: @.@ - We don’t need to see His papers...
If he gets "called" after January 20th. We all lose.
It'll be a smell of a hess.
What is the source for that info? From what I have read there really is no process to make sure candidates are qualified. Is there truly a process where the Senate clerk does verify that or are you speculating that is the process?
source?
