No great mystery, he ain't got one. He's in deny, deny, deny mode.

Apparently he does have one. The state official in charge of such things says they have one for him. The Question is, what's on it. It is or was possible to get a Hawaiian birth certificate without actually being born in Hawaii. For example when a foreign born child is adopted. There are other situations as well.

I thought birth records were public. Why is his info being kept a secret? How do the Hawaii officials justify this?
