The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

I was in charge of a McCain phone bank and volunteered way more hours than I want to count from July on. I busted my you know what to make sure Obama wasn’t elected. the effort failed. Right, but places like Hawaii may be different than the mainland even back then as places like parts of the US were as well.
I don’t know when African Americans ever first played football for some southern Universities like Alabama but in Minnesota, I think they did before World War I even.
Also, on the other hand, obviously, Obama has ties to Kenya.
Doesn’t want to show his birth certificate, friends who have been in anti-US organizations, moved to Indonesia but attended Catholic school there.
This all could not be thought up of in a fictional novel as truth is stranger. All of this is so extraordinary.

U.S. citizenship is highly valued around the world, even back in the 60’s many would have given anything to have such citizenship. Given what I know of Ann she was flightly and given to whims of fancy not thinking the consequences through. She also did not think it was important to be married in order to have children, which was something she expressed to her high school classmates. There are many more questions than answers that have been raised; such as why Ann registered at University of Washington and lived in WA state in August of 1961. In April of 1962, high school friends said she was depressed because she could not find a job. Why couldn’t she find a job in 1962 Seattle when the World’s Fair opened in March/62. Why have none of Sr’s classmates and friends ever mentioned Ann? Many mention Sr but the only one who mentions Ann is Rep Neil Abercrombie, an avid Obama supporter. Why do 1961 pictures of Obama Sr attending parties not show Ann in attendance? Why did her high school friend, Susan Blake, say she received a letter from Ann in spring 1961 saying she was going to be married soon, when the “official story” is that the couple married on Feb.2/61? When Ann visited with Susan Blake in August of 1961 why didn’t Ann know how to change diapers? Whose home address was listed in the published birth announcement? The above are only a partial list of questions which have been raised about Obama. He could come clean and simply ask the Dept of Health to release the long form birth certificate but instead he hides behind lawyers. Why? The matter of privacy is not relevant IF the information on the forged C.O.L.B. is correct because even the long form certificate did NOT include anything like religion but it does include a spot for country of birth. Also exactly which hospital was he born in Kaliopani, Queen’s or Coast Region?

Honestly, just because I don’t believe this I must have been an Obama supporter? Do you really think that makes sense? I don’t agree with him, but I do think he was legitimately elected and eligible to serve. I do fervently hope he doesn’t screw up the country, but time will tell.

The claim that there are part truths weakening the case is what weakens the case, He presented a forged birth certificate, THAT is not a half truth. That is a fact of the case. people with nothing to hide DO NOT present forgeries as proof. Period. He did. He therefore has something to hide. QED.
