Constitutional crisis looming over Obama's birth location
World Net Daily ^ | 11/14/08 | Bob Unruh

The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.

The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.

WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Hmmm. Your sarcasm does not further the conversation.

I strive to post to each and every one of you as if you were in front of me personally. I do hope you can afford me the same courtesy.

So Alan Keyes has a rotten soul?

When I read up on how to make paper -- so I could use it if I ever subbed for an elementary art class or some class where the teacher didn't leave lesson plans -- the book said to pour two streams of the paper soup together, then the fibers get oriented along the flow and also tangled for strength.

In 1960-1 in Honolulu at least two seriously bitter streams met -- but there were more, I am sure, Hawaiian ones too.

“She may always have wanted to visit Kenya”?

Have you ever been 8 months pregnant?! The idea that a heavily pregnant woman would just decide to visit Kenya, a third world country replete with bad water and other unpleasantness, is absurd. If she went to Kenya, she had a pretty good reason, and the father or your baby is a darn good reason.

If you want to convince me of the validity of your argument, please stick to facts. I am willing to read and learn, but this kind of statement leads me to think you MIGHT, might I say, be willing to accept anything as long as it’s anti-Obama.

Actually the birth announcement was NOT the address of the parents! Obama Sr lived at 625 11th Ave. in the St. Louis Heights section of Honolulu within a 1/2 mile of the University. The home was described as a small, single story home which was torn down sometime after June 22,1962 (when Sr. left HI for Harvard, unlike the year 1963 which is often cited as to when Sr left HI) and 1971 when he returned for his one month visit.
The Dunhams lived in a “large home at 2277 Kamehameha Ave.” before movng to “a modest wooden house at 2234 University Ave.” before moving to the apartment at 1617 Beretania St. where Madelyn Dunham lived for 40 years before she passed away on Nov. 2nd.
Even Obama in his book on pg 39 talks about the walking tours which were taken while his father was visiting in HI and he mentions being shown, “...the first house my grandparents lived in when they first moved to Hawaii, a house I hadn’t known about, the one before the one on University Ave.” When Obama Sr visited he was using a cane as he had injured his leg in a car accident. It would have been impossible for him to walk the 14 mile round trip to see the house listed in the birth announcement (6085 Kalanianaole Hwy). Consider that all other addresses associated with the principles are located within 1 mile of the University of Hawaii at Manao unlike the Highway address which is 7 miles away!

Try this one: Obama’s website makes noise about his ‘British citizenship’ which he allowed to lapse and did not renew, but he claimed to be born in Hawaii with a British subject father; perhaps he is counting on that slight of hand that he was a British citizen but allowed it to lapse, to cover for the reality that he was born in Kenya not in Hawaii but he has allowed his British citizenship to lapse. The reason the lying squirrel has stalled and tried to block release of his long form certificate is because he is trying to extort the nation into accepting his lack of Constitutional eligibility as a way to avoid the murder and mayhem that his cousin used in Kenya.

Have a great night and God bless. Really, our lives are so blessed, we will get through whatever politics and the scum (though I do dislike using that word to describe another human) throws our way. We have our family, our God, our friends, hobbies, pets, all the good that He has given us.

Enjoy and good night! :)

I had a friend who was 7 months pregnant and thought that she needed to more sit ups. She didn’t even know she was pregnant. So what is your point?

I don’t think there is proof that Obama was born in Kenya, is Malcolm X’s son, or that his birth certificate was forged. Forgive me, but I took your comment to mean the same.

Well, some significant good (maybe most good) follows the well-tread path -- which is a path of least resistance too, but that's kind of bor-r-r-ing and thus un-educational at times. One reason that teachers HAVE TO BE inspiring, inspiring and emboldening as well as educational. To keep students from being bored.

Still, once off the beaten path, evil does follow paths of least resistance -- such paths end up in swamps.

All I know is that in 1960: Africa I conjecture, had barely functioning governments though Great Britain colonializing Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria and the other places was probably ahead of the curve.

But Pa Mom brings up a valid point here; Africa has plenty of backwaters even today in some place like DR Congo and the like.

Haile Selassie’s Ethiopia was another nation that was set up rather well government wise.

Mombasa is a type of beach tourist area.

See, once again, #845.

The only proof needed in this matter is one piece of paper.

Mine is in a small fireproof box.

Most everyone I've ever known has their's handy.

Show the American electorate the respect of producing the document.

Not having done so, especially given the opportunity the matter offers of inflicting further opprobrium on the opposition, is damning, imho.

And while I understand that attorneys seem to possess an innate verbosity trait, you seem to have spent an inordinate amount of time on a thread merely to satisfy a passing curiosity.

Please accept my apology in advance if such is not the case, but my impression at this point is that perhaps you doth protest too much . . . ?
