The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

why can’t we see any candidates birth certificate?....why can’t
we?..its just unbelievable....
And as curious Sheep watch this news on the plasma screen in their local neighborhood sports bar & grille, they turn to each other and ask:
“So, who do you think is the hottest chick on American Idol?”
Sadly, I doubt any court, including SCOTUS, will get involved in this matter. I hope I’m wrong.
Only Republicans are bound by law.
From what I’ve read it sounds like there are suits coming up in at least 10 states now.
Boy that hits the nail on the head. Mindless automatons just wanting to be spoon fed entertainment and nothing else!
Alan Keyes?
Now that’s a name I know....
I sent an e-mail to the Cal secretary of state’s office before the election. The response was that the parties were responsible to certify their candidates. I replied that they must be extremely naive to think that Howard Dean vetted Obama or anyone else for that matter.
“I’m unaccountable and you’re not.” Barak H. Obama
Yeah, I love how the media was so excited over a black candidate that they couldn’t report straight yet totally rejected and ignored Alan Keyes who, by the way, is much blacker than Obama.
Can you even imagine the riots in the streets if this empty suit is found ineligible to be POTUS because he was not born in the US? Keep your ammo dry my friends. ;-)
This issue MUST be resolved before January 20, 2009.
The parties are not elected and not accountable to anyone!
Its strange. Roger Calero has gotten his name on the ballot in several states despite being an admitted non citizen in two presidential elections so far. It’s easy to ignore since he’s a minor (socialist) candidate who doesn’t win, but what would happen if he did?
Nobody is minding the store.

exactly. For a secretary of state to give an answer like that is incomprhensible even in California.
hmmm you nooticed that too?
It seems only a LIBERAL black man was good enough to be president
