Constitutional crisis looming over Obama's birth location

The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.

The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.

WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Where does it say that Barack Hussein Sr wanted his race designated as African? It says nothing about who wanted his race designated as African.

What I said was that Janice Okubo, the spokesperson for the Hawaii Health Department when she was questioned about the designator “African” said that Hawaii has always allowed the parents to designate their race on birth certificates.
I went back and checked and actually it was another spokesperson for the Hawaii Health Department, a guy named Kurt Tsue who said that the parents choose their own race.

Hawaii is so multiracial and multicultural that the state would be in trouble choosing racial identifiers for its residents.

Did you do the research on the birth announcement and the residence listed? Wouldn't the court house (Registrar's Office) have a listing of all owners of the property, so we can see who owned it at the time of birth?

The people involved are alive and they all work for the Republcan Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle (who endorsed and campaigned for John McCain). The director of the Health Department, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Registrar of Vital Statistics, Alvin T. Onaka, and the two health department spokespersons, Janice Okubo and Kurt Tsue can all be subpoenaed and placed under oath in a court of law if any of the Obama birth certificate cases gets that far.

It would take a title search to have that done, I read the articles which “The Honolulu Advertiser” published to find out the addresses for the principles and had some discussions with a Freeper who lived on Ohau and drove taxi there in the 70’s. According to the Freeper the area listed on the birth announcement is a very high priced area which is more often owned by snow birds and since it is on the water side of the island an extremely desirable area too expensive for a furniture salesman and his bank working wife! The Freeper also said that 7 miles is considered a very long way in Hawaii. I went to google maps and started plugging in the addresses after putting the University as the main point. At the end I plugged in the birth announcement address of 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy and it showed plainly the distance from the addresses of: 2277 Kamehameha Ave.(1st home for the Dunhams according to Jr)
2234 University Ave.(home Jr remembered)
1617 S. Beretania St (apt of Dunhams after Ann went to Idonesia)
Atherton Y.M.C.A. where Sr lived when he first arrived
625 11th Ave. small single story house Sr lived in until leaving Hawaii June 22,1962

I was paraphrasing Kurt Tsue of the Hawaii Department of Health. It was his statement, not mine. If his statement is circular reasoning to you, so be it.
Here’s what he said in response to the question why was Barack Hussein Obama Sr.’s race listed as “African” on the COLB, and I quote: “we accept what the parents self identify themselves to be.”

Whoever checked out the address on the birth announcement might also be able to find out who the owner of record for the property was in 1961. Those records should be publically available through the county records in Hawaii. Here in Oregon they have them stored on microfiche. I would assume there is something similar used in Hawaii for those records.

I am aware that all Hawaii Health Department officials serve at the pleasure of Governor Lingle and that Chiyome Fukino, MD was appointed to her position as Hawaii’s Health Department Director in 2002 by Governor Lingle.
I have no knowledge of Dr. Fukino’s past associations.

Thanks, and so if the COLB is not forged, you are likely correct, unless someone else chose “African” for Obama Sr. Since “African” is not a race, and not a country, but a continent. It’s like someone putting “European”. Or “North American”. Why didn’t he put “Kenyan”?
