The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

I am asking you politely to lay off the personal attacks.
Ah, so now your subtle little insults to people on this thread are designed to make them ‘stronger debaters’? Riiiiight
Interesting point. Hmmm. Like that one. Makes sense.
Sigh. If you ask Calpernia or do some research of your own by reading other threads, which you seem reluctant to do, you will see that the font in the photocopy of the birth announcement appears to be different from the surrounding columns. IOW it may not be a real birth announcement; also interesting that the address given has no known connection with any of the principles.
Other people may likely know more about this but you are starting to sound like a broken record, instead of repeating this statement endlessly about why would the grandparents falsify the birth announcement, why not read more about it and become informed?
(Sorry for pinging you again, Cal, but I had to say your name here!)
I caught what you said about your district. I feel some of the same pain in dealing with your local voters -- I live in Murtha's district.
Take care, and enjoy the rest of your evening.
Please point out a personal insult that I have made. I make every effort to keep the debate civil.
Meanwhile, grandma had a memorial, they sent a note and flowers. Obama plans to be there for a family one in December. (shakes head)

That would be someone who’s just playing the role of opposition, not real opposition.
The photos at FactCheck zero in on the state seal in the purported C.O.L.B. but those photos do NOT match the true state seal for HI. The state seal of Hawaii has clearly shown detail on the figure in the middle of the seal while the photos of the seal on the C.O.L.B. which FactCheck displays are not detail! They are more like a poor imitation!
Yes James, link to backup your claim please.
Oh, I sent money to Russell! I was so disappointed. It might have been wrong, but I wanted that seat out of spite!
You keep repeating the same specious question. When will you admit that it is a recent fraudulent birth announcement poorly designed to appear to be original to 1961? This is most telling of your reason to continue this defense of the fraudulent little Obamasquirrel.
Perfect. That is exactly what I was thinking of!
Wow! What penetrating insight on the part of World Net Daily!
We need moderates like we need a hole in the head.

I did read the other threads—I’ve been looking around the internet and I had seen Berg’s stuff earlier this fall. Someone at the McCain headquarters was showing that around.
I just don’t agree, I’m sorry. It’s not personal, really.
I do think we are together on hoping he will not be able to do what we fear he wants to in the next four years!
Overthrow? Interesting word choice....
