Just two questions, Mr Obma: 1.Where were you born? (COLB needed not verbage.) 2. Who is your Daddy?!

As a Reagan Republican, I laugh at your attempt at humor

Well, Drew68 properly stated that Nader had more of the popular vote than did Barr, so Nader would be that one, first.

I would agree with you on all the rest in your post.

Actually we do. It's a courtesy title based on your highest office. President Clinton is properly called "Mr. President" for as long as he lives.

Could you cite a source please?

What a joke. Obambi’s Chief of Staff was on the Board of Freddie.

Almost a dead ringer.

Am I allowed to say that?

But this would still come before a judge when questioned. Democrats were talking about just this prior to Election Day.

We may say it is solid, but it’s not proven yet.

No, I was dead serious. You’re talking from the exact same set of talking points about Alan Keyes, who is truly one of the greatest Americans of our generation, as Barack Obama’s minions.

President Bush has authorized Obama to be briefed at the level only afforded himself out of decency while waiting on a ruling?

I doubt it is out of anything remotely resembling "decency."

It could be out of a wicked elitist LIBERALISM that scoffs at the Constitution.

A liberalism which rages beneath the surface, as he pretended to be semi-conservative during two elections.

A rage which inadvertantly reveals itself from time to time. And as a lame duck he nearly came out of the closet. In his second term he has acted far more vigorously liberal, without owning up to his real philosophy...or disregard for us and the constitution.

This is what I have long believed of the man.

Dear Moon Man,

Maybe on the moon the issue of a birth certificate is a non-issue. Maybe our constitution is a non-issue there.

However, on this dear earth, and in this dear country, our constitution requires that any president be a natural born citizen.

Wait a minute... how if this were to play out after inauguration... and if Keyes was successful at implicating those members of the DemonRat Party that were involved, then wouldn’t it go something like this:

President Obama: Out
VP Biden: Out
Speaker Stretch Pelosi: Out (due to her knowledge/involvement of the scheme)
Secretary of State: Unsure, for now. But Hillary SURE has been in the headlines as the likely choice...

hmmmmm.

By the way, the issue with Obama, in part, surrounds not the COLB, but the original birth certificate.

The COLB is what has been apparently “shown” to us to date from Obama.

The constitution (12th Amendment) seems to indicate that if the majority candidate were found ineligible, a majority for any candidate would not be found (unless they all voted, or a significant number of Obama delegates voted for McCain.).

It would then be thrown to the House of Representatives who would have to choose between the 3 next closest candidates (McCain, Barr, Nader).

BUT I’m not sure what would prevent the Congress from meeting and voting to change the definition in law of “natural born citizen” slightly (overlooking Stanley Dunham’s minority status, for example), and thus making Obama eligible. But this assumes that Obama finally makes his BC available, which he might not do. For reasons we may not understand.

That would be the epitome of irony.

I'd never be able to stop laughing.

I will also admit to liking Mr. Keyes very much. And what is wacky, really?

A disallowance of ex post facto laws, would be one reason Congress can’t do that.

1.Where were you born? 2. Who is your Daddy?!

3. Are you still a citizen of Indonesia or did you re-apply for U.S. citizenship when you turned 18?
