If Obama and McCain were found to not be “natural born,” as neither were born on US soil, the Libetarian candiate, Barr, could be said to be the rightful president.

Would Keyes has standing since he was defeated by Obama in his Senate race? Interesting, lets hope the supreme court hears he case.

Since there's no constitutional (or any other for all I know) requirement for a senator to be a natural born citizen, I don't see that Obama defeating Keyes in a senate race would have any bearing on this case.

I’d say that if a Sec. of State was found to have not followed his/her requirement of assuring the state voted on legitimate candidates, there could be a new vote called.

On that we agree...... But Barr is where you and I have very differing opinions. I don’t think he’ll ever be in the mix even if Obama is found not qualified prior to Dec. 15.

If we get beyond Dec. 15, which is the EC vote day then we’ll have a President/VP elect. At that stage I think the Constitution will come into play, maybe Sec. 3, or Congress making the choice by states.

If The One is a natural born citizen of the USA, why does he not simply produce the COLB? Can’t produce something you don’t have. It is difficult to fabricate one now, and have it appear to be of the proper vintage of paper and have other old technical details. Any citizen should have standing, it’s the constitution for Xenu’s sake! But Keyes, as a candidate who filed in the same state Board of Election’s offices as Obama, for the same race (although different parties) should have a good argument for standing.

McCain has already gone through all the proper procedures, produced his certificate of live birth, and he is, without question, a natural born citizen. His parents were in Panama, his father was there on military duty. They were living on a military base, and both were natural citizens.

Obama has never produced his.
