Yeah. It started out looking very tinfoily, but why not just pull out the damn BC and wave it around? Why lawyer up over and over and over?
Agreed. If the reports were right, in private W has scornfully derided the Constitution as, "just a piece of paper."
The Left of course picked up on that, and most of the conservative pundits omitted mentioning or giving credence to it...but when one looks at W's conduct in his Second Term...it sounds plausible that he REALLY believes that.
The man sitting in the Oval Office issuing orders to our military, executive orders, and signing and vetoing bills had better be constitutionally qualified to be there.
BUMP!
Does that make Obama a Zanzibarian?
I was just going to ask if he had standing to file suit. You say that he does. Why? Just curious.
The Uncle Tom Card?
fyi
Republican Electors in CA were given the opportunity to join in this suit. There were no takers. Only AIP folks had the guts.
From what I understand, McCain showed all the required documentation and it was approved. Not sure by who though. This was quite a while ago.

The media coverage is outstanding since this was filed yesterday. Huge teams of investigative reporters are flocking to Indonesia, Kenya, Hawaii and all corners of the earth to dig deeper into the issue. Friends and family of Obama are being hounded for their knowledge on the matter. The colleges that he has alleged attending are filled with media staff rifling through files for any mention of the Obama.
Isn’t that Zebra One?
I forgot to mention that his obsessive, one-note-FOREVER supporters don’t add to Keyes’ fragrance
LOL! Wouldn’t it be ironic if Obama and McCain’s votes were thrown out and Keyes would become the first black President. Allan can be a little wacky at times but he is a conservative and pro-Constitution. I always liked him.
And you’re no different than a Democrat.
Agreed.
But this further shows W's failures...his disregard for the Constitution ...
He could have used the force of his office to break open the records for national security purposes and settled the issue..
My guess is he already knows that OBarry doesn't qualify...he just doesn't care.
That's because we thought McCain would win the election by 5% or more, thereby making this COLB thing a non-issue. It never really was a non-issue, anyway, even if Obama lost, since if he's not a citizen, he shouldn't even be a US Senator!
If there’s a snowball’s chance of “sending him to the cornfield”, I don’t care *who* does it so long as it gets -done-.
I’m praying for a miracle.
I hope this is it.
This is the part that I like:
“Finally, in 1981, Senator Obama traveled to Pakistan, when there was a ban for U.S. citizens to travel to Pakistan. The only logical possibility for him to do so was by using one of his other passports: Indonesian, Kenyan, or British”.
Would it be unrealistic for us to hope that this will come to a conclusion that would make us all rejoice? Can you imagine the uproar from the Obamaniacs if he is taken down. Most of the ones that supported him don’t take our constitution seriously and would blame it on racism regardless of whose suit brought him down. These people like the law and the courts until it goes against their agenda.
They were given the opportunity after the election was held.
All of McCain’s would vote McCain. Apparently, what happens among states that don’t have a way to overrule their nominated electoral representatives, is anarchy:
“While not involving a “faithless elector” as such, there have been two instances in which a candidate died between the selection of the electors in November and the Electoral College vote in December. In the election of 1872, Democratic candidate Horace Greeley passed away before the meeting of the Electoral College; the electors who were to have voted for Greeley, finding themselves in a state of disarray, split their votes across several candidates, including three votes cast for the deceased Greeley.”
