WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court will hear an appeal from a conservative group that wanted to promote its anti-Hillary Clinton movie without complying with a landmark campaign finance law.
The justices, in an order Friday, said they will review a lower court ruling that the 90-minute "Hillary: The Movie" was clearly intended to influence people to vote against Clinton in her run for the presidency. The movie was made by Citizens United.

That’s not surprising, Dick Morris is dead wrong most of the time.
Well sure, but my point here was that throughout all of 2007 (when Morris uttered this quote, I believe) just about anyone would have agreed that Obambi had no chance in 2008, that he was positioning himself for 2012 or possibly to be the VP nominee in 2008. Thus it was easy for Morris or anyone to think that Hillary was the greatest threat to impose socialism in the near term. Now we are stuck with Obama who could be as bad or even worse.
For my part, I certainly saw Obama coming before 2008, in that I said to people after his 2004 convention speech that he would be on a national ticket someday, but I didn’t imagine it would be in 2008 either.

Finding that McCain-Feingold is unconstitutional wouldn't surprise me -- remember, the thug / sockpuppet elected on the 4th didn't raise money within the restrictions specified under existing law.

So why are conservatives stuck on stupid? Why have a conservative group put this out? Why not launder it through an individual producer like a conservative version of Stone.
Looks like a good time to strike down McCain/Feingold for what is is, unConstitutional.
