Surprisingly, no one has updated his Wikipedia entry:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Rohde
From July 2002 to December 2004, he was co-chief of the Times ‘s South Asia bureau, based in New Delhi.
While a reporter for The Christian Science Monitor, he won the Pulitzer Prize in 1996 for his coverage of the Srebrenica massacre.
Prayer bump
Who knows, maybe if he makes it back he’ll come over to the American side, like so many former kamikaze pilots who are now pro-American, or Huey Newton when he came back from Islamic North Africa.
I hope he’s safe but.....he shouldn’t have been there anyway.
What a waste of prayer time
Yes, thank you for being decent. Until this man is safe he deserves prayers up for him and his loved ones. If we forget to have compassion for a victim, we are no better than our opponents. Once he is safe we can get back to business.
Agreed. Prayers up.
