Not only advocated it, worked arduously to protect it! On four separate occasions he argued for the cancellation of the rights of those born alive infants in order to protect a most heinous form of killing the alive unborn by forcing them to be born prematurely so they struggle and eventually die of suffocation and exposure by medical attention being withheld purposely by the murdering abortionist. I have been trying to track down the fetal tissue industry connections ot Illinois abortion ‘clinics’ especially in Southside of Chicago where predominantly black children are slaughtered by the abortionists.

Why else would he be fighting tooth and nail to avoid his documents being exposed? And what does that tell us about this filthy Marxist squirrel that he would push this to the limits knowing that extreme violence will be in the offing if he doesn’t get a pass? If it gets to the point where successful challenges against Obama are made during the Congressional count, you can bet there will also be successful challenges against Panamanian-born McCain. That would mean the House makes no decision on Pres and it passes to Biden.
MAYBE a McCain elector will be smart enough to vote Palin for President on Dec. 15. Maybe a Democrat elector will vote for someone besides Obama. Even then, Palin (or Nader or Hillary etc) would only become President IF the House delegations of 26 states vote that way. Otherwise, it’s Biden.
As far as a member of Congress being the one to show standing, I believe Joe Lieberman would demonstrate integrity here. And since he caucuses with the Democrats, with the exception of defense, there would seem to be little personal gain he would draw from this.

any provision that the Vice President Elect shall be
deemed to have qualified in the event no President
Elect shall have qualified. The relevant section is
the 20th Amendment. It says that the Vice President
Elect shall act as President until a President shall
have qualified.
IMO, his candidacy affected all the campaigns (RNC/DNC/Even the Primaries). Not just Obama contributors.
I’m curious, wouldn’t we need new electors too if the President elects are deemed not qualified?
I certainly hope no one here would turn against Justice Thomas if he were to deny the case for some reason. I am sure he would clearly state the reason and would follow the rule of law.
If he rules that Obama must provide the documents to satisfy Constitutional requirements the DEMS and MSM would be upset, but have no basis for arguement. But then, they probably would have no problem saying the Constitution doesn't matter!

I read last night that Leo’s case has supposedly gotten to Justice Thomas and copies will go to all the Justices. Can anyone confirm that?
We need to get the word out. Savage or somebody needs to get Leo on their show.
Supposedly Leo’s case may be stronger than Berg’s case. The NJ Sec of State or top elections person told Leo twice they never checked any candidates and just assumed they were eligble (citizenship).
Leo’s case is really with NJ. From what I can tell if he can prove Obama was not checked by NJ and O has to provide proof then his votes for NJ could be disqualified. If this happens - other lawsuits could be filed nationwide to disqualify other states. I think this is how it could play out.
I have not heard anything more about Leo's case than that Justice Thomas was SUPOSED to receive it along with copies to every Justice. I hope that does happen and that a decision will be made soon.
I find it unreal that every Sec.Of State is not required to verify a candidates constitutional qualifications before placing their names on the ballot. Each candidate must produce so many signed petitions from voters in order to have their name placed on the ballot. Those petitions from voters are checked thoroughly for validity to make sure each person is a US citizen and a registered voter. One would think the candidate would have to prove to the Sec.of State that he/she qualifies AS A US CITIZEN in order to represent those voters!
It has been settled U.S. law since like 1905 that any child born to two (2) United States citizens on any U.S. territory, protectorate, or military base IS indeed a U.S. citizen.
Thats why Barry S. Goldwater could run for POTUS in 1964, he was born in AZ when it was still a U.S. territory.
When we voted on 11/4, we voted for slates of Electoral voters in each State.
There are at least 538 + 538 = 1076 possible voters (counting only DEM and GOP).
Currently, Obama has something like a 350-188 edge.
Presumably, if Obama is DQ’d, his Electors would be DQ’d.
Then, McCain’s Electors would replace Obama’s DQ’d Electors.
Therefore, there would STILL be 538 Electors, but they would ALL be McCain’s (350 new + 188 old = 538).
And, presumably, they wouls ALL vote for McCain. Thus, a 538-0 tally.

I suppose that could happen, IF the USSC rules 0 is not qualified, and they rule before 12/15/08 (the Monday after the second Wednesday in December).
Asuming the USSC rules that 0 is not qualified, if they rule AFTER the EC vote, but before 1/20/09, then Biden would become the Acting President-elect, then Acting President. If they rule after 1/20/09, I have no clue what would happen.
Someone mentioned that if O was bounced by SCOTUS and replaced due to his fraud, the S&P would drop 20%. I disagree, the markets would rally.
Small, medium and big business have no confidence at all in O. People are getting laid off because a weaker economy but ever more so because of O. I know at least 8 business owners with employees from 10 to 100 who would have kept people on if McCain won.
I think the country hangs on Leo or Berg’s cases. O, his backers and Howard Dean caused this fraud.
Another question then if you don’t mind.
This Donofrio case is bi partisan. It includes McCain. And the fact that 8 states listed Roger Calero ( http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2130641/posts?page=114#114 ) gives it merit. This i filed against NJ Sec. Nina Wells. What if McCain is also removed? What do you think happens then?
