(O'Reilly Factor tonight) The most vile and disgusting hit job I've ever seen in my life
youtube ^

Posted on 11/05/2008 9:53:44 PM PST by mathwhizz

Check out this video of Carl Cameron on the O'Reilly Show spreading the most vicious lies on Sarah Palin from the romneybots like he was a giddy school girl.

I'm simply stunned FOX would all this garbage on the air.

He will do their bidding from time to time...

I am boycotting Fox and well as all other televsion news networks. I won’t even watch Hannity, Cavuto or even Glenn Beck. I am done with televison news outlets. I will get my news from reliable sources on the internet only. The media has done a great disservice to the public and deserve to collapse.

Palin just on live after landing in Alaska, asked about the rumors and said if the person(s) cannot give their name then she will not respond.

"GOP looking for a scapegoat - we won’t forget their vicious attacks on Governor Palin.."

Looked like two things at play;
The party hacks who drove McCain to the party looking for a scapegoat so they can landscape 2012 like they did this one, and
A reporter who just couldn't wait to pad his resume with gossip he wouldn't have to verify.

Cameron's take on it apparently changed from first telling to BOR's show...earlier it was push back from Palin staff against barbs from McCain's staff, starting from day one. On the Factor he was still trying to tell us how dumb Governor Palin is after BOR cut him off. Also, in the second telling, the briefly fired McCain staffer became an avid supporter of...the Governor.

Wondering here if Palin was expected to be an easily handled dud, not the hit she proved to be, and McPain's handlers are already trying to get their grip back on the party?

If they want to get invited to the White...er, um...Goverment House ("whitehouse" is just too racist for hussein...), Fox has to suck up to the marxist messiah.

Too late, the cat is out of the bag, as it were.

I will never again vote for anyone who doesn't at the absolute bare minimum approach Governor Palin's level of conservatism.

If 'the maverick" is the best the gop can do, then the (R)epublican party, the gop and their policies of racing to the left to appeal to the wishy-washy centrists be damned and for all time!

That’s just pathetic.

Doing your part to try to defeat a raging radical Marxist wasn’t enough motivation for you, eh?

O’Reilly was very wrong to air that hatchet job on Palin.
There was no point at all.

Why does anyone even watch that channel? The nightly line up STINKS. Mort and Fred on nightly news completing each others words and Juan. Next is what Shepherd Smith? No thanks. Then BOR? As shallow as a dry creek bed. The Hannity and Colmes LOL. Two N.E. NYC Liberals with one pretending to be Conservative. Most Conservatives don't support men in drag for POTUS. Next is Gretta FOX's answer to Nancy Grace? How many times can the same story be told? If all that isn't enough there's the what is it Thursday-Sunday saturation of shows with Rivero on them? The one and only quality FOX has is some great overseas reporters. From them you actually get news that and the top of the hour news if someone like Patty Brown is the reporter.

Other than that FOX is a vast TV wasteland. It once was fairly decent even John Gibson was watchable and did a fairly professional job. I understand he is now gone. The new changes that began about two years or so ago stink. If you want news when it's happening after 10:00pm CNN wins hands down. If you want to be annoyed every few minutes with Hyped Up Nonsense News Alerts that are actually nothing then FOX News from 6:00am-10:00pm is just the place. I can turn on CNN and despite their obvious Liberal Bias {Fox just calls theirs being fair and balanced} at least in a few minutes actually get the news.

I haven't heard such vile gossip since 7th grade gym class. Whomever is releasing this crap is in the RINO or Obama camp and scared to death of 4 years from now. Cameron is a moronic queenieboy for the way he titillated as he reported his second hand trash.

I agree. If it wasn’t for Palin, McCain would have lost more states.

It was the late-added presence of SARAH which energized an otherwise moribund and apathetic conservative voting base.

It was SARAH who drew record-shattering crowds, everywhere she went on behalf of a sour and ungrateful McCain campaign.

Friendly little word of warning to any/all RINOs out there reading this, and thinking about standing in the way between this woman and the conservative base that adores her, anytime during the next four years:

You're expendable to us. SHE isn't.

Still afflicted. Looks like a closed casket case, ultimately.

It was clear in watching his coverage of Fred Thompson that he has a pronounced distaste for Conservatives. This was really a vile spew by Cameron. It was obvious that he enjoyed doing a hit piece on her.

the 'elite' does not want the right to find a candidate they can follow. they are going to try and sink her so she isn't in line for 2012.

funny how cameron never did a story like this on obama...

The last two years of Dubya's so-called administration and the McLame campaign have convinced me that the leadership of the GOP is made up of very bad people -- just as bad if not worse than the Rats.

Several months ago I vowed that I would never vote for another Republican. Because of Sarah, I voted for McLame. Never again. I don't care who the next GOP presidential candidate is or who he or she is running against, I will never, ever vote for another Republican for anything. I've been deceived enough.

I'm amazed that there are any conservatives left who still hold out hope that the GOP will come around and actually act like a conservative party. Don't you people get it yet. They are playing us for fools. Conservatives would have a better chance turning the Rats to conservativism.

Tuesday night a GOP pundit on Fox was audacious enough to state that the future of the GOP might include Jeb Bush. Now there's a name whose opponent I could definitely get behind.
