Let's face facts: without Sarah Palin on the ticket the GOP would have been wiped out.
It'd be kinda nice for us to email Gov Palin with thanks and urging her on to bigger and better things in 2012.

Sheesh, nobody is giving up just pointing out that there are some ROCK SOLID CONSERVATIVES who are just as good if not better and given the chance they would bring large crowds...

Do you always believe the propaganda fed to you by the mainstream media? They have been out to destroy Palin. Now they have bitter McCain campaign staffers willing to help. I consider these reports with a lot of skepticism.

Um...Jindal nor Steele has ever been a VP nominee. What were Palin;s crowds looking like as Governor when she gave speeches.

There isn't anyone at this time. She didn't hurt McCain. He didn't run to win. He ran to get face time.
Most of the voters that I know voted for McCain because she was on the ticket. They didn't vote for McCain himself.
Fact of the matter, I have a friend in Alabama who is a Democrat. He voted for McCain because of Sarah.
So all that stuff about her hurting McCain and the ticket is rubbish. If she hadn't been on the ticket the margin of loss would have been far greater.

No, they’ll try to destroy each one...not just conservatives but ANY Republican...this time we just must be more organized and outspoken when we counter them.
The way Palin was treated was a shame. Whoever is our nominee in 2012 can not suffer the same fate
I for one would love to see Sarah take on the libs as herself. I think that McCain did her a huge disservice by having her stay on the McCain campaign script. I thought it was always obvious when she was repeating the same McCain lines and when she was speaking as herself. I think that if she had free reign she would completely obliterate the libs. By keeping her on script the MSM was able to run with the ‘stupid’ tag because it seems she was a broken record with nothing new to say. Only in end was she able to get out and attack Obammie the Commie’s positions. Too little too late.
I hope that Sarah comes back in 2012 after having governed for a few more years. She is smart, charming, charismatic and lovely inside and out. Tens, if not hundreds of thousands of people stood in long lines to hear her. I wish that I could have, but since I’m not in a swing state there was no opportunity. I am truly inspired by her and I’m sure that others are as well.
I think that after four years of ‘change’ people will welcome her back in a big way. We will NEED a reformer to clean (and disinfect) house.
I will be writing her a note of encouragement.
the media thought reagan was stupid too...im’ not too worried and i sent her an email thank you and may send cookies or something because i think she needs it and needs to remember there are real people out here that could use her brand of leadership and ‘im amoung them.
I think in 4 years America will be tired of empty suits and she is one. I know I’m tired of supporting politicians who play to Saturday Night Live audiences. Never again.

Although I am sickened and disgusted and every other adjective you can think of, I still don’t believe it’s over. I, for one, as a Canadian Conservative, who has loved and cared for your country for 25+ years and have American relatives, am desperately trying to get records from Vancouver General Hospital where I trained as an RN in the 60’s, to get a record from medical records, to see if his mother, Ann Dunham or Standley Ann Dunham was a patient in VGH in August, 1961, his supposed birth date. This guy is a FRAUD. On top of that, he’s a thug and a cheater. Why are there so many blanks in his resume. Years without answer? I will do my part if I have to crawl over fire to find out. This election was STOLEN. Don’t sit there and take it. God Himself will reveal the answer. CO

Yes I worked the Jefferson City rally...she is an energetic conservative who can pull crowds, nobody is denying that. I’m sure there are others who can do the same, saying that Sarah Palin is the ONLY person who can draw crowds like that is ridiculous because Bush drew large crowds and you can’t compare Palin’s crowds to a person who has never run for national office before
But damnit, let’s keep our options open and build up ALL the conservatives...it’s 4 years from now.
