Until this evening I am not watching any politics on the TV unless by accident I catch a news broadcast I am watching F1 and hopefully seeing a Lewis Hamilton win.

Yep that is another tactic that Rove could be employing I definitely think he is doing either that or frightening the stay at home Republicans/undecideds

Getting rid of talk radio may not be quite so easy. If they try and do it late at night it will be uncovered immediately and we will challenge it forever. They are going after some big guns who make huge bucks off talk. Some of which supports them. So it may not be the slam dunk they think it will be.

Yet compared to Obama he is a pussycat IMHO

I think the Bradley or Wilder effect is definitely in play here. There are probably many voters that for one reason or another be it race, prejudice, etc. etc. they simply will not vote for a Barak Obama and they have successfully eluded polling efforts.

In this election the Bradley effect takes the form of people who won't vote for Obama because of his policies but either won't talk to polsters or lie about who they are voting for out of a justified fear of being called a racist if they dare not vote for the big O.

The only thing that has polled so far is that somewhere between 75% and 85% of the Dems are actually supporting Obama for potus. Statisticstas I have seen suggest without at least 90 % they lose every time. Either way we shall see soon.

I think the biggest shock to come out of this election will be the large number of Democrats who end up not voting for Obama. I also think other groups that the Dims and the DBM assume are on board but aren't, such as women and Hispanics.

However, all these leads are within the possible sampling error for these surveys. I think the problem is this year we have had more polling done than ever and it's almost become a form of brainwashing. Some may be thinking "why should I care its already over". Sad way to think.

And you have to remember the dems stand for nothing so they will always bend with whatever poll there is not matter what it says. They can always lie and change their minds later.
