All right! I am about 10 feet from Sarah's podium in Raleigh! Can't take pictures from my Blackberry but the crowd is huge... Tens of thousands lined up outside. I managed to get VIP access at the last minute for the family and we're going to get a close-up view of our next Vice President! I'll try to post updates as the night goes on.

Any Freepers in the crowd, let me know!

Ok, an update. Hot as heck in here. We heard from Mike the Plumber, great speaker. Bob Dole spoke. Media bleachers are jammed; I count 45 jounalists (excuse me, paid shills) up there and lots of cameras. Staffer fussing with the podium now, adjusting teleprompter. She’s gotta be next. GO SARAH GO!
